Ingredients:
2 Tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
3 garlic cloves, minced
¼ tsp. dry Italian seasoning
1 tsp. fresh parsley, chopped
1 (16.3 oz.) pkg. Southern home-style biscuits
2¾ cups Shredded Chihuahua® Brand Quesadilla Cheese or Oaxaca Cheese from V&V SUPREMO®
Preparation:
1. Preheat oven at 400F.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together melted butter, garlic, Italian seasoning, and parsley. Set aside.
3. Cut each biscuit dough round into 8 even pie pieces and place pieces into bowl with butter and herb mixture. Add 1 cup Chihuahua® cheese into the bowl and mix thoroughly to ensure that the biscuit dough pieces are well coated with the cheese.
4. Place 3 pieces of the biscuit dough on the bottom of each portion of a non-stick muffin pan. Using 1 ½ cups of Chihuahua® cheese, add about 2 Tbsp. of cheese on top. Place 2-3 more pieces of biscuit dough on top of the cheese. Do this to fill in 12 portions in the muffin pan.
5. Using the remaining cheese (1/4 cup), add about 1 tsp. on top of each biscuit.
6. Bake for 10 minutes. Serve warm and enjoy!

#RedLobster #Biscuits are really easy to make at home.
If you’ve never made homemade biscuits, this is a great recipe to start with and you’re about to be shocked at just how easily they come together. #CheddarBayBiscuits have just a few special ingredients that transform them from your standard biscuit to something irresistibly crave-worthy.
HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
8 tablespoons cold, unsalted butter + 2 tablespoons melted butter (separated)
2 cups All-Purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt plus a pinch
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2/3 cup freshly grated cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons freshly minced Italian parsley
1 cup buttermilk
HOW TO MAKE THEM:
1. Cut the Butter – Cut cold butter into tiny cubes and set aside until ready to use.
2. Mix Dry Ingredients – In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and garlic powder.
3. Cut In Butter – Using a pastry blender, cut the cubed butter into the dry ingredients until the mixture resembles coarse, small peas.
4. Add Cheese, Parsley, and Buttermilk – Stir in the Cheddar and parsley. Then, using a sturdy spoon, stir in the buttermilk just until the dough comes together. Do not over mix.
5. Drop Dough Onto Baking Sheet – Drop heaping spoonfuls of dough (about 2-3 tablespoons worth — we actually used an ice cream scoop for these biscuits) onto the sheet pans, spacing each 2 inches apart, and bake for 10-13 minutes.
6. Once the biscuits have finished baking, brush them with the melted butter and enjoy!
