2 cups Bisquick 1/2 cup cold water 3/4 cup grated cheddar 2 tablespoons butter 1/4 teaspoon Garlic salt or powder 1/2 teaspoon Parsley flakes 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasonings Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Mix bisquick, water and cheese. Drop by large spoonfuls onto greased baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes. After baking, (while hot) brush on melted butter or margarine mixed with garlic powder, parsley flakes and Italian seasoning. (Amounts will vary by the size batch you make, but a little goes a long way.) Serve hot.

Everybody loves these biscuits... I don't know why but we can definitely outdo them. We can make them completely homemade, better, and maybe save some time to make a specialty lobster roll of sorts.

Cheddar and Parmesan biscuits. BETTER THAN THAT LOBSTER PLACE! (Short)
2 cups flour 2 tablespoons baking powder 3 tablespoons sugar 1 teaspoon salt 1 stick cold unsalted butter 1 cup buttermilk 1 cup sharp cheddar (shredded) 1 cup Parmesan (shredded)
1/4 cup melted butter 1 teaspoon parsley 1/2 teaspoon kinders buttery garlic and herb
Mix flour, baking powder, sugar and salt together. Shred the stick of cold butter onto mixture and mix it up until all pieces of butter has flour on it. Add cheese and mix. Then add buttermilk and mix until just combined. Get a ice cream scoop or big spoon and plop spoonfuls of mixture on baking sheet. Bake for 17 minutes on 425. Brush with melted butter mixture and enjoy! Aight, BYE!
