How To make Focaccia W/Sun Dried Tomatoes
1 1/4 Water
3 Olive Oil
2 Garlic; Chopped, Or
3 tb Garlic Oil
1/3 Cornmeal
3 White Flour; Unbleached
1 Salt
1 Yeast
1/2 Sun-Dried Tomatoes; Coarsely
- Chopped 1/3 Grated Parmesan Cheese
Place all the ingredients except the tomatoes and Parmesan cheese in the machine, program for Raisin Bread, Basic Bread, Basic Wheat, Basic, White, Basic White, or White/Whole Grain, and press Start or On. Add the tomatoes and cheese when the beeper sounds or during the last 5 minutes of the final knead cycle.
This is the recipe for the Large Oster, West Bend, Large Pillsbury and Large Zo.

By the way guys I just noticed I missed the step when the salt should be added. Add the salt when the dough is ready then mix for another minute. so sorry for this!!

This week on Colin's Time to Bake, I am making Focaccia for the first time. Don't judge my kneading skills, we all have our own special ways of doing things, most of all me. Ive added some sun dried tomatoes and sea salt to give it a lovely flavour.

Sun Dried Tomatoes, Rosemary & Olives Focaccia
Dough: see video
“How to make Greek Pita”
Ingredients for the Dough:
Greek Pita
500 g of Flour
350 ml lukewarm Water
10 g dry Yeast
1 Tbsp Honey
A pinch of Salt
4 Tbsp Flour (extra flour, not from the 500 g that is for the Dough recipe)
Hemp seed powder (Optional)
150 g Sun Dried Tomatoes
Rosemary
Kalamata Olives
Method of making this incredible focaccia:
Step 1
After the preparation of the dough, place on a floured surface, spread with your hands. It's time to add the Sun Dried Tomatoes, Rosemary & Salt.
Step 2
Watch the video to see how I fold & combine the dough.
Step 3
Final step is to place in the oven at 180°C (356°F) for 30 to 40 minutes, I always say this, depending on your oven.

I got inspired by Gordon Ramsay and Jamie Oliver and created this recipe with their tips by myself.

Recipe:
325 ml (11 fl oz) hand warm water
7 g (1/4 oz) dry yeast
500 g (4 cups) all purpose flour
20 g (2tbsp) semolina (for a better texture!)
a pinch of salt
50 ml (1,7 fl oz) olive oil
For topping:
a sprig of fresh rosemary
sun-dried tomatoes
pickled olives
sea salt
olive oil
200 degrees C (392 F) /top- and bottom heat 30-35 min

380 g (2,7 cups) of flour
16 g (package) of dry active yeast
118 ml (8 tbsp) of cold-pressed olive oil
3 dl (1.3 cups) of warm water
100 g (3.53 oz) of sun-dried tomatoes
10 g ( 1 tbsp) of thyme
dry rosemary
coarse salt
black pepper
