How To make Fluted Quiche Cups
1/2 lb Bulk sausage
1/4 c Chopped onions
1/2 c Milk
3 Eggs
1/2 c Mayonnaise
2 c Shredded cheddar cheese
Crepe batter ingredients: 4 Eggs
1/4 ts Salt
2 c Flour
2 1/4 c Milk
1/4 c Melted butter
Recipe by: Inn recipes In a skillet, brown sausage with onion and drain. In large bowl, combine remaining ingredients with sausage. Line greased muffin tin with crepes. Fill 3/4 full with sausage mixture and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cover loosely with foil and bake 15 additional minutes or until set. Fills 12-14 crepes. Crepe batter ingredients: Combine all ingredients in blender, and blend for one minute. Scrape down sides and blend another 15 seconds or until smooth. Refrigerate batter 1 hour or longer. Cook crepe until bottom is browned. Then carefully turn with spatula. Brown other side for a few seconds. Remove from pan with spatula; stack on plate or tray. FOR THE SHELL:
1 cup (180 g) chopped milk chocolate or chocolate chips
1/2 cup (90 g) chopped semisweet chocolate or chocolate chips
1 tablespoon (13 g) vegetable shortening or flavorless oil
FOR THE PEANUT BUTTER FILLING:
1 1/4 cup (140g) lightly packed digestive biscuit or graham cracker crumbs (9 biscuits/full sheets)
1 1/4 cup (150g) powdered sugar
Tiniest pinch of salt
1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons (144g) unsalted butter
1 cup plus 1 1/2 tablespoons (269g) creamy peanut butter (not natural-style)
My Favorite Quiche (using the New Tart Pan from Pampered Chef)

Quiche
(makes two quiche)
Ingredients for Crust
1 large egg
2 ½ tablespoons of water
1 ½ cups of flour
½ teaspoon sea salt
10 tablespoons of unsalted butter sliced into cubes
Ingredients for filling
10 eggs
1 Tablespoon flour
¼ tsp baking powder
½ cup melted butter
1 ½ cup cottage cheese
2 cups shredded cheese
1 can (6oz) diced green chilies
1 cup of sausage
½ - 1 tsp salt
¼ - ½ tsp pepper
Directions
For the crust: In the bowl of your food processor, add flour and salt and give a quick pulse. Add in the egg and pulse several times before adding the butter pulsing after each block addition. Only pulse until the mixture looks like sand. Add in the water and pulse until the dough pulls together on one side of the food processor.
Turn out onto a well floured surface and split the dough in two. Knead into a ball and roll out into the size of your vessel.
Press your crust into your pan and freeze 20-30 minutes before blind baking.
Place parchment into your crust and fill with pie weights.
Blind bake at 400°F for 15 minutes then remove the parchment and weights and continue baking for 5 minutes. Allow the crust to cool slightly before filling.
Drop the temperature of the oven to 350°F.
For the filling: Mix together all ingredients and pour into the prepared crust.
Bake at 350°F for 20-30 minutes or until the center of the quiche is set.

Bacon Swiss Quiche Recipe
Serves 6
Ingredients:
1 sheet refrigerated pie crust
¼ cup sliced green onions
1 Tbsp. butter
6 large eggs
1½ cups heavy whipping cream
¼ cup unsweetened apple juice
1 lb. sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
Directions:
Unroll crust into a 9-in. pie plate that fits in the unit; trim and flute edges. Set aside. In a small skillet, saute green onions in butter until tender.
In a large bowl, whisk eggs, cream and juice. Stir in bacon, salt, pepper and sauteed onions. Pour into crust; sprinkle with cheese.
Slide the Pizza Rack into Shelf Position 5. Place the pie plate on the Pizza Rack. Turn the Function Dial to Bake, set the temperature to 350° and set the timer to 40 minutes. Bake until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean, 35-40 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
Freeze option Securely wrap individual portions of cooled quiche in parchment and foil; freeze. To use, partially thaw in refrigerator overnight. Slide the Pizza Rack into Shelf Position 5. Unwrap and arrange quiche
on Baking Pan; place Baking Pan on Pizza Rack. Turn the Function Dial to Reheat, set temperature to 350° and set timer to 15 minutes. Cook until heated through and a thermometer inserted in center reads 165°.
