INGREDIENTS
-2pcs chopped onions
-1head chopped garlic
-1 and 1/2Kilo sliced chicken leg quarters
-1/2tsp salt and ground black pepper
-2Tbsp soy sauce
-3Tbsp oyster sauce
-water enough to almost submerge the meat
-2pcs dried bay leaves
-1/2tsp to 1tsp whole peppercorn
-chopped red chili peppers
-3Tbsp vinegar
INGREDIENTES
-2 cebollas picadas
-1 cabeza de ajo picado
-1 Kilo y 1/2Kilo de muslo de pollo picado
-1/2 cucharadita de sal y pimienta negra molida
