CHICKEN LOLLIPOP
Preparation time 10-15 minutes
Cooking time 20-25 minutes

Ingredients
For Marination
1 tsp Red chili sauce, रेड चिली सॉस
1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste, अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट
1 Egg white, अंडा का सफेद हिस्सा
1 tsp light soy sauce, सोया सॉस
Salt to taste, नमक स्वादअनुसार
10-12 Chicken wings, चिकन विंग्स
1 tsp Dark soy sauce, डार्क सोया सॉस
For Stock
10-12 Chicken Winglet, चिकन विंगलेट
2 cups Water, पानी
For Tempering
½ tbsp Oil, तेल
1 inch Ginger, peeled, finely chopped, अदरक
4-5 Garlic cloves, finely chopped, लहसुन
3 Green chillies (less spicy, chopped) हरी मिर्च
2 tbsp Spring onion (white part, chopped) प्याज़ पत्ता
Prepared Sauce Mixture, सॉस का मिश्रण
1 ½ tbsp Cornstarch slurry, कॉर्न स्टार्च का लिजाम
Fried Chicken Lollipop, तला हुआ चिकन लॉलीपॉप
1 tbsp Coriander leaves, chopped, धनिया पत्ता
1 tsp Chili oil, चिली ऑइल
For Batter
1 ½ tsp Degi red chili powder, देगी लाल मिर्च पाउडर
1 cup Water (as required for thin batter) पानी
Salt to taste, नमक स्वादअनुसार
1 tsp Vinegar, सिरका
⅓ cup Cornflour, कॉर्नफ्लोर
1 tsp Dark soy sauce, डार्क सोया सॉस
½ tsp Powdered sugar, पिसी चीनी
Oil for frying, तेल तलने के लिए
For Sauce
½ cup Chicken stock, चिकन स्टॉक
1 tsp Chilli flakes, चिली फ्लेक्स
1 tbsp Red chilli sauce, रेड चिली सॉस
2-3 tbsp Tomato ketchup, टाॅमेटो केचप
1 tsp Dark soy sauce, डार्क सोया सॉस
½ tbsp Tender Coriander stems, chopped, धनिया के डंठल
½ tsp Vinegar, सिरका
For Garnish
Spring onion, chopped, प्याज़ पत्ता
Coriander sprig, धनिया पत्ता
Process
For Marination
In a bowl, add red chili sauce, green chili sauce, egg white, light soy sauce, salt to taste and mix it well.
Add chicken wings and mix everything well, add dark soy sauce and mix well.
Rest it for ½ hour and keep it aside for further use.
For Stock
In a sauce pot, add chicken winglet, water and reduce it to half.
Let all the flavors immerse into the stock. Keep it aside for further use.
For Batter
In a bowl, add degi red chili powder, water as required, salt to taste and mix well.
Add vinegar, cornflour, dark soy sauce, powdered sugar and make a thin batter.
Add the marinated chicken wings in the batter and coat it well.
For Frying
Heat oil in a deep kadai on low to medium flame.
Dip the coated lollipop into the hot oil and fry until it's crisp from all the sides and cooked well.
Drain on absorbent paper and keep it aside for further use.
For Sauce Mixture
In a bowl, add prepared stock, chili flakes, red chili sauce, tomato ketchup, dark soy sauce, tender coriander stems, vinegar and mix everything well.
Keep it aside for further use.
For Tempering
In wok or kadai, add oil, once it gets hot, add ginger, garlic, green chili, spring onion bulbs and saute it for 5-10 seconds.
Now, add prepared sauce mixture and cook for a while.
Add cornstarch slurry and mix well to thicken the sauce.
Add fried chicken lollipop, coriander leaves and toss it well.
Add chili oil and toss everything well.
Once the lollipop gets well coated, switch off the flame.
Transfer it into a serving plate, garnish with spring onion, coriander sprig and serve hot.

Crispy Drumsticks with Spicy Potato Sauce
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Pani (Water) 5-6 Cups
-Namak (Salt) 1 tbs or to taste
-Sirka (Vinegar) 2 & ½ tsp
-Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 & ½ tsp
-Hari mirch (Green chili) paste 1 tsp
-Chicken drumsticks 10 medium
-Anday (Eggs) 2
-Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp
-Doodh (Milk) ¼ Cup
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 Cups
-Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 & ½ tsp or to taste
-Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) ¼ tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp
-Corn flour 2 tbs
-Chawal ka atta (Rice flour) 2 tbs
-Oil for frying
Spicy Potato Sauce:
-Aloo (Potato) boiled & mashed 1 medium
-Dahi (Yogurt) whisked ½ Cup
-Mayonnaise 2 tbs
-Hari mirch (Green chili) paste 1 tsp
-Lehsan paste (Garlic paste) 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) ½ tsp or to taste
-Pani (Water) ¼ Cup or as required
Directions:
-In bowl,add water,salt,vinegar,white pepper powder,ginger garlic paste,green chili paste and mix well.
-Prick chicken drumsticks with fork.
-Now add drumsticks in marinaton,cover and let it marinate for 6-8 hours in refrigerator.
-In bow,add eggs,salt and milk,mix well & set aside.
-In bowl,add all-purpose flour,red chili powder,white pepper powder,black pepper powder,garlic powder,salt,corn flour and rice flour and mix well.
-Now coat chicken drumsticks in all-purpose flour mixture then dip into beaten eggs and again coat in all-purpose flour mixture.
-In a wok,heat oil and fry drumsticks on medium low flame for 6-8 minutes or until golden brown.
For Spicy Potato Sauce:
-In bowl,add potato,yogurt,mayonnaise,green chili paste,garlic paste,salt,red chili powder and mix well.
-Add water and mix well.
-Serve drumsticks with spicy potato sauce.

-Chicken drumsticks ko fork ki madad sa prick ker lein.
-Ab chicken drumsticks ko marinate mein dal dein aur dhak ker 6-8 hours kliya refrigerator mein marinate ker lein.
-Bowl mein anday,namak aur doodh dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein.
-Bowl mein maida,lal mirch powder,safed mirch powder,kali mirch powder,lehsan paste,namak,corn flour aur chawal ka atta dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Ab chicken drumsticks ko maida ka mixture mein coat ker lein phir pheetay hoye anday mein dip karein phir dubara maid aka mixture mein coat ker lein.
-Karhai mein oil garam karein aur drumstick ko halki darmiyani ancch per 6-8 minutes or golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein.
For Spicy Potato Sauce:
-Bowl mein aloo,dahi,mayonnaise,hari mirch paste,lehsan paste,namak aur lal mirch powder dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Drumsticks ko spicy potato sauce ka saath serve karein.

Spicy Garlic Chicken Recipe:
Marination:
Chicken (Boneless cubes) - 300 grams
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
Lemon Juice - ½ no
Salt - ½ tsp
Black Pepper Powder - ½ tsp
Red Chilli Powder - ½ tsp
Other Ingredients:
Oil - 2 tbsp + 2 tbsp
Garlic (finely chopped) - 3 tbsp
Red Chilli Powder - ½ tsp
Black Pepper Powder - ½ tsp
Salt - ¼ tsp
Tomato Ketchup - ¼ Cup
Soy Sauce - 1 tsp
Water - ¼ Cup
Coriander leaves (chopped) - 2 tbsp
Cooking Instructions:
1. Marinate the chicken with all the required ingredients. Set aside for 10 minutes.
2. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan. Add the chicken and cook for 5 minutes, flipping it occasionally. Set this aside.
3. Heat oil in another pan. Add the garlic and saute on medium heat until golden brown. Add water, red chilli powder, pepper powder, salt, ketchup and soy sauce.
4. Add the chicken and cook until the sauce coats the chicken well.
5. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.

KOREAN FRIED CHICKEN | SWEET AND SPICY KOREAN FRIED CHICKEN | YANGNYEOM CHICKEN
Korean Fried Chicken | Sweet And Spicy Korean Fried Chicken | Crunchy Korean Fried Chicken | Yangnyeom-Tongdak | Crispy Korean Fried Chicken | Korean Fried Chicken Sauce | Yangnyeom Sauce | Korean Fried Chicken Recipe | Yangnyeom Chicken
Ingredients for Korean Fried Chicken:
(Tsp- Teaspoon; Tbsp- Tablespoon )
Boneless Chicken Thighs - 1 lb or 450 gms (cut into 3 inch long chunks)
For the Marination:
- Salt- 3/4 tsp
- Crushed Pepper- 1/2 tsp
- Grated garlic- 1 tsp
- Grated ginger- 1 tsp
For coating the chicken:
- Potato starch- 1/2 cup (Corn starch can also be used but the taste will vary)
For the Yangnyeom Sauce:
- Gochujang Korean chilli paste - 2 tbsp
- Mustard paste - 1 tsp
- Light Soy sauce- 1.5 tbsp
- Honey-2 tbsp
- Brown Sugar-2 tbsp
- Rice Vinegar-2 tsp
Other Ingredients:
- Sesame oil -1 tbsp
- Garlic minced - 1 tsp
- Red Chillies, cut & deseeded-4-5
- White Sesame Seeds - 1-2 tsp.
Preparation:
- Cut the boneless chicken thighs into 3 inch long chunks.
- Grate the ginger and garlic to give 1 tsp of each
- Finely chop or grate garlic to be used for tempering.
- Deseed the red chillies and cut them into small pieces.
- To make the sauce mix, add all the items specified for the sauce in a bowl and give a mix. Set aside.
- Give a mix again just before adding to the wok later.
Marination:
Add all the ingredients for the marination (mentioned above) to the chicken.
Mix and set aside for 15 mins.
Frying Chicken:
- Add the potato starch to the marinated chicken pieces. Dredge the pieces well to coat the pieces with the potato starch.
- Arrange these on a plate side by side and heat the oil for deep frying.
- Once the oil is medium hot, drop the coated chicken pieces one by one to not crowd the pan.
- Do not stir for around 30-60 secs and then stir and fry on medium heat for 4-5 mins till the colour changes.
- Remove the pieces from oil and keep on a plate. Repeat with the rest of the chicken.
- All the fried chicken pieces to rest for 10 mins.
- Heat the oil again to a high temperature.
- Drop all the pieces from both the batches and fry on high heat for around 2 mins till brown and crisp
- Remove to a plate.
Process:
- Heat sesame oil in a wok and add the chopped/grated garlic & red chillies.
- Stir for 15 secs and then add the Yangnyeom Sauce (made earlier) & 50 ml water.
- Mix and cook for 1 min.
- Add the fried chicken pieces
- Cook on high heat for around 1-2 mins to coat completely.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds and stir fry for 30 secs. Remove to a plate.
- Garnish with some more white sesame seeds and serve.

Spicy Chicken Drumsticks recipe:
Ingredients:
Chicken legs 4
Onion (finely chopped) 1/2 cup
Coriander stems 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
Chili sauce 3 tbsp
Green chilies (chopped) 2 tbsp
Red chili powder 1/4 tsp
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Bread crumbs 1/2 cup
Flour as required
Egg (beaten) as required
Kurkure (crumbed) as required
Directions for Drumstick:
Take the chicken leg and de-bone them properly. Keep the meat and leg separately.
Now in a chopper add de-bone meat, onion, coriander roots and chop well.
In a bowl add chopped mince, green chilies, mustard paste, chilli sauce, bread crumbs, salt, red chillies powder and soy sauce and mix well.
In a chopper add kurkure and chop well your kurkure crumbs are ready.
Grease your hands then take the mixture and spread evenly on chicken leg bone and cover it properly by giving the drumstick shape.
Now coat it in the flour then egg and lastly crumb in kurkure, repeat this procedure for 2 times.
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry drumstick on low medium flame for about 6 to 8 minutes until light golden brown.
Your tasty kurkure drumsticks are ready to serve.
Preparation time: 15-20 minutes
Cooking time: 25-30 minutes
Serving: 4-5
