Ingredients
6 Chicken Legs
Half cup Vinegar
As per taste Salt
1 tbsp White Pepper Powder
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 tbsp Mustard Paste
1 tbsp Chili Sauce
1 tbsp Cumin Powder
1 tsp Oregano
3 tbsp Maida
2 tbsp Corn Flour
1 Egg
1 tsp Turmeric
As needed Cooking Oil
100g Butter
3 cloves Garlic
2 Green Chili
4 tbsp Honey
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
Cooking Method
1- In a bowl, add chicken legs and place cuts on them
2- In a plastic bag, add chicken legs, ginger garlic paste (1 tbsp), vinegar and mix it, then keep in the refrigerator for an hour
3- Now wash chicken legs with cold water
4- Now, in a bowl, add salt, white pepper powder, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste (1 tbsp), mustard paste, chili sauce, cumin powder, oregano, maida, corn flour, egg, turmeric, soy sauce and mix them, then keep in the refrigerator for an hour.
5- In a pan, add cooking oil and fry chicken legs until golden brown
6- Now, in a pan, add butter, garlic, green chili, fried chicken legs, honey, soy sauce and mix them
1- Your Tasty Spicy Drumsticks now ready to serve

Chicken wings 500gm
Salt 1/2 tsp
Chili powder 1 tsp
Mix well
Keep aside
Flour 1/2 cup
Corn flour 3 tbsp

Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Paprika powder 1 tsp
Mix well
Remove the excess flour
Medium hot oil
Deep Fry 10-12 mins until golden brown medium low flame
Butter 1 tsp
Barbecue sauce 1/2 cup
Honey 2 tbsp
Chili sauce 1 tbsp
Simmer for 5 mins
Low the flame
Mix well

Ingredients for Spicy Fried Chicken Drumsticks:
Chicken Legs/Drumsticks- 1 kg (around 10-12 numbers)
1st Marination:
- Lemon Juice- 4 tsp
- Ginger Garlic paste- 4 tsp
- Salt- 2 tsp
2nd Marination:
- Turmeric Powder- 1 tsp
- Red Chilli Powder- 2 tsp
- Coriander Powder- 4 tsp
- Cumin Powder- 1/2 tsp
- Black Pepper Powder- 1/2 tsp
- Garam Masala Powder- 1 tsp
- Kashmiri Chilli Powder- 3 tsp
- Chaat Masala- 2 tsp
- Whisked Curd/Yogurt- 3 tbsp
- Gramflour (besan)- 3 tbsp (can use chickpea floor also)
- Cornflour- 2 tbsp
- Refined Oil- 1 tbsp
- Egg White- 2 eggs
- Red Food Colour (optional)- pinch
Other Ingredients:
- Oil for deep frying
Preparation:
- Make 2 deep cuts on the drumsticks as shown in the video.
- Now add the items for the 1st marination, mix it well and set aside for 30 mins.
- For the 2nd Marination, add all the items mentioned, give a mix and set aside for 90 mins.
Process:
- Heat oil and when medium hot, add around 4-5 drumsticks side by side to not crowd the pan.
- Do not stir for the first 1 min.
- Turn over chicken pieces and fry on medium heat for 6-7 mins till they are tender.
- Remove from oil and let it rest on a plate for 5 mins.
- Fry the balance drumsticks in batches.

In this video we will see how to make chicken fry recipe in Tamil. Chicken leg fry is a popular side dish for rice and biryani. The kasmiri chillies are used to impart the red colour to the chicken pieces. The chicken fry masala you get in stores has food coloring which will produce the bright red colour but we are using the natural color of kasmiri chillies. In this recipe we are going to shallow fry the chicken in a tawa. This results in perfect chicken fry using less oil.

CHICKEN LOLLIPOPS | DRUMS OF HEAVEN | CHICKEN LOLLIPOP RECIPE
Chicken Lollipops | Drums of Heaven | Chicken Lollipop Recipe | How to Make Chicken Lollipop | How to Make Drums of Heaven | Chicken Starter Recipe | Chicken Lollipop
Ingredients for Chicken Lollipop/Drums of Heaven:
- Chicken Winglets (around 10-12 pcs) - 500 gms. (Cut the meat from bone and push down to create a lollipop shape)
1st Marinade:
- Soy Sauce- 1 tsp
- White Vinegar- 1.5 tsp
- Kashmiri Chilli Powder- 1 tsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste- 2 tsp
- Black Pepper Powder- 1/4 tsp
- Salt- 1/2 tsp
2nd Marinade:
- Cornflour- 1/4 cup
- Maida/ All purpose flour- 3 tbsp
- Egg- 1
- Kashmiri Chilli Powder- 1.5 tsp
- Salt- pinch
Other Ingredients:
- Ginger, fine chopped- 1 tbsp
- Garlic, fine chopped- 1 tbsp
- Onion, fine chopped- 3 tbsp
- Spring onion greens, chopped - 2 tbsp
- Schezwan Sauce- 3 tbsp
- Soy Sauce- 1 tsp
- Tomato Ketchup- 2 tbsp
- Sugar - 1 tsp
- White Vinegar- 1 tsp
- Corn flour slurry- 3/4 tsp mixed in 4 tbsp water
Preparation:
- Clean the chicken winglets, wash and shape them into lollipops.
- Marinate the lollipops with the 1st marinade items. Mix well and set aside for 30 mins.
- Now add all the 2nd marinade items, mix well and set aside.
- Fine chop the ginger, garlic, onion and chop the spring onion greens.
Process:
- Heat oil in a pan or skillet for deep frying the lollipops.
- Drop the battered lollipops one by one in hot oil, to not crowd the oil. Do not move for 2 mins and then keep stirring to give a uniform golden brown colour. Keep frying for another 4-5 mins till the chicken is cooked and fried golden.
- Remove onto a plate and repeat the same with the balance.
- These fried lollipops can also be eaten at this stage.
For making Drums of Heaven:
- Heat oil in a wok and add the chopped ginger and garlic. Give a stir for 15 secs and then add the chopped onions. Sauté on high heat for a minute till the onions are soft.
- Now add the Schezwan Sauce, give a mix and then add the soy sauce. Again give a mix and add the tomato ketchup.
- Add the sugar and vinegar, give a mix and sauté on medium heat for a minute till the sauce is smooth and everything is mixed well.
- Add the corn slurry and keep cooking it for another 30 secs till the sauce is thick and smooth.
- Lastly add the lollipops fried earlier and stir fry it for a minute with the sauce to coat it well. Garnish with chopped spring onion greens, give a mix and serve hot.
