How To make Dr. Pepper Chocolate Yum Yums
1 Butter
1 1/4 c Sugar
1 Egg
2 oz Bitter chocolate; melted
2 c Flour
1/4 ts Salt
1/4 c Dr. pepper
2 ts Vanilla
1 c Chopped walnuts
In a large bowl, cream the butter, add the sugar, and beat until light and fluffy. Add the egg and beat hard. Blend in the cooled and melted chocolate. Sift the dry ingredents togetherand add to the creamed mixture alternately with the Dr. Pepper, starting with the flour, then the Dr. Pepper, and finally the remaining half of the flour. Mix slowly. Add the vanilla and nuts, blend well, and spread on wax paper. Form into 2-inch roll, wrap in foil, and chill in refrigerator until ready to bake. Slice to desired thickness, place on cookie sheet, and bake in oven preheated 375 F oven for 10 - 12 minutes, until browned. From -Chocolate Crazy- "Miss Grimble" Sylvia Hirsch -----

****this was one of the first videos I posted, I was new to YouTube, the quality is not good, I also was unaware that people would actually be seeing it. please I know everyone thinks I OVERESTIMATED my calories but I HONESTLY EAT A LOT AND EAT MORE THAN IS PLATED FOR DINNER!! sorry just thought I would clarify again :)

This week I decided to track my calories to see how much i was eating in comparison to my “recommended” calorie intake. This video is just supposed to show how the amount of calories you eat each day will vary and that not everyday is going to be or should be the same! I did this just because i was curious, i am in no way promoting calorie counting or eating the way I do!!

1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp flaxseed meal
⅓ cup of oats
¼ cup of almond milk (can sub any other milk)
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp of cinnamon
