How To make Dilly Zucchini Ricotta Muffins
1 1/2 c Unbleached Flour
2 T Sugar
3 t Baking Powder
1/2 t Salt
3/4 t Dill Weed
1/4 c Milk
1/2 c Margarine/Butter, Melted
2 ea Large Eggs
2/3 c Ricotta Cheese
1/2 c Shredded Zucchini
Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Line with paper baking cups or grease, 12 muffin-pan cups. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup, level off. In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and dill weed, mix well. In medium bowl combine milk, margarine and eggs. Stir in ricotta cheese and zucchini, beat well. Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened (Batter will be stiff). Fill prepared muffin cups 2/3rds full. Bake at 400 degrees F. for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately remove from pan and serve.

Ingredientes
- 2 zanahorias ralladas
- 2 Cebollines picados
- 2 zapallos italianos rallados
- 1 taza de choclo
- 2 tazas de harina
- 2 cucharaditas de polvo de hornear
- 1 taza de queso rallado (mozzarella, mantecoso etc)
- 4 huevos
- 1/2 taza de aceite de oliva
- 1/2 taza de leche
- Sal y pimienta
- 400gr de ricota
- 1 yogurt natural
- 1 atado de ciboulette
- Brotes de alfalfa
PREPARACIÓN
- Precalentar el horno a 180 grados
- Bate los huevos junto el aceite, la leche, la sal y la pimienta, agrega los vegetales, el queso y por último la harina junto a los polvos de hornear.
- Hornea por 25 minutos.
- Una vez fríos, hacemos nuestra crema de yogurt, mezclamos 2 tazas de ricota, 1 yogurt natural, ciboulette picada, sal y pimienta.
- Ponemos sobre nuestros muffins y decoramos con brotes de alfalfa

Ricotta ชีส 200 กรัม

ผงฟู 16 กรัม

น้ำมันรำข้าว 50 กรัม
ช็อคโกแลตชิพ 150 กรัม
Ingredients
