-fhmn87a 1 c Flour
1 tb Sugar
1 tb Baking powder
1 Egg
1/2 c Lowfat milk
2 tb Vegetable oil
1/4 c Cooked rice
2 tb Minced green onion
2 tb Parsley flakes *
2 tb Minced fresh dill *
Combine the flour, sugar, and baking powder in a bowl. Stir to mix. Beat the egg, milk, and oil together. Add to the flour mixture along with the remaining ingredients. Mix just until the batter is blended. Spoon into oiled muffin tins or papper muffin cups. Bake in a 400-degree oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until brown. * may substitute 2 teaspoons of dried herbs. Garlic Cheesy Green Beans

THE RECIPE
Ingredients
green beans
1½ cup mozzarella cheese
2 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
3 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line baking tray with baking paper
Add olive oil, parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper to a bowl. Stir through thoroughly
Add the green beans to the bowl and stir to cover the green beans with the oil mixture
Arrange green beans on the baking tray
Bake the green beans for 20 minutes
Take the baking tray out of the oven and sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the beans
Set the oven to broil (or grill) and return the tray into the oven for 5 minutes or until melted
