How To make Crouton Quiche
2 cups croutons
2 cans salmon
drained (7 3/4 oz.)
2 tablespoons green pepper :
chopped
5 eggs
1 teaspoon fresh parsley
2 cups milk
1 pinches nutmeg
1 pinches cayenne pepper
1/4 cup Mozzarella cheese -- grated
Pepper
Grease 9 inch pie plate. Spread croutons on the bottom. Distribute the fish ove r them and sprinkle with parsley and green peppers. Pepper to taste. Combine eg gs, milk, nutmeg and cayenne pepper. Blend with a fork. Pour mixture over fish. Garnish with cheese. Cook for 10 minutes at 425 degrees, then lower heat to 37 5 degrees and bake another 20 minutes or until golden brown and firm. Perfect Homemade Pie Crust Recipe!!
Learn how to make the best, flakiest and easiest pie crust right at home! Don't be intimidated by it. Only 4 ingredients and less than 10 minutes start to finish.
What you'll need:
1 cup plain flour
1/3 cup vegetable shortening
1/4 tsp salt
cool water
In a large bowl, combine flour and salt. Cut in shortening with a fork until fine crumbs. Add in 2-3 Tbsp cool water and mix. If it's not forming a dough, add in another 1-2 Tbsp of water until no dry flour remains. Make into a ball and put onto a floured work surface. Flour a rolling pin and roll out to 1 wider all around than the pie plate you'll be using. Transfer to the pie plate and add pie filling ingredients if the pie will be baked. If your recipe calls for a baked crust, dock the crust with a fork and bake in a preheated 350*F oven for 10-12 minutes and let cool before filling. Makes 1 crust. For a double crust or lattice top, double the recipe. Enjoy!

CREAM OF TOMATO SOUP AND GRILLED CHEESE CROUTONS
Serves 2-4
Ingredients
29 ounces (855 ML) of diced canned tomatoes
1 cup (240 ml) vegetable broth
1 tbsp (15 ml) tomato paste
1 tbsp (15 ml) olive oil
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 tsp (2.5 ml) salt
1/4 tsp (1.25 ml) pepper
2 tbsp (30 ml) heavy cream
2 tbsp (30 ml) fresh basil, roughly chopped
2 pieces sourdough bread
1 tbsp (15 g) butter
2 pieces mozzarella cheese
METHOD:
In a large sauce pot combine the diced tomatoes and their juice, broth, tomato paste, olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper. Heat on a medium flame and simmer.
Meanwhile, butter 1 side of both pieces of bread. Place one piece in a large skillet, butter side down. Place the cheese on top, and then the second piece of bread on top of that (butter side up). Grill the sandwich until golden brown and then flip and do the same to the other side.
Remove from the heat and set aside on a cutting board. You want it to cool slightly.
Then return to the soup, and with an immersion blender gently puree a bit. You can also do this in a counter top blender. Don't puree too much, since you want to reserve some of the chunky texture. Add the heavy cream. Heat for another minute.
Cut the sandwich into ½ inch squares. Ladle the soup out into bowls, place a few of the grilled cheese croutons on top, and garnish with the fresh basil. Et voila dinner is ready!!

Recipe:
16 oz sourdough loaf, cut into 1” cubes
¼-⅓ cup extra virgin olive oil
¼ teaspoons salt
Pepper to taste
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon vegan parm
1. preheat oven to 375 F
2. Mix everything together in a large bowl.
3. Spread seasoned bread cubes onto a baking sheet evenly and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy.

Bacon, Egg & Cheese Crescent Roll-Ups
Learn how to make these delicious breakfast crescent roll ups! Perfect on-the-go breakfast! Make these ahead of time and store in the refrigerator after baking and then microwave, wrap in foil and send them along with your kids, spouse or partner. 1 roll refrigerated crescent rolls
4 large eggs, scrambled
4 slices bacon, cooked and cut in half
4 slices American cheese (can also use shredded)
Unroll crescent roll dough and separate into triangles like you normally would. Place half a slice of cheese on the wide end, then a piece of scrambled egg, then a slice of bacon or sausage. Roll up, stretching the end tip as necessary to allow it to go on the bottom. Place onto an ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350*F for 12-15 minutes. Makes 8 breakfast roll ups. Enjoy!
