How To make Crockpot Italian Beef & Potato Casserole

The Best Slow Cooker Pot Roast

This is seriously the most delicious and tender Pot Roast ever! I love cooking a roast in a slow cooker because I always have the best results. This recipes is so simple but full of flavor and creates an amazing gravy.

Pot Roast
2 to 3 pound chuck roast
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 package of onion soup mix
1 cup beef broth
2 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 to 1 1/2 pounds of baby potatoes
1 pound of baby carrots
1 small onion, chopped
1 to 2 celery stalks, chopped
pinch of salt and pepper

Instructions
Add all the ingredients to a slow cooker and cook on high for 6 to 8 hours.

Foodie Friday! Meatloaf and Potatoes in the Slow Cooker!

This is really good and quick and easy - just like any good slow cooker meal should be!
Meatloaf:
1.5 - 2 lbs ground beef or ground beef and pork combo
1 C bread crumbs (I used Italian - you can use crackers as well)
1 t garlic powder
1 t pepper
2 t salt (I used seasoned salt)
2 eggs
1/2 chopped medium onion
Add all ingredients in a bowl and mix until all combined but don't overmix

place on the side of crock pot that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking oil

Potatoes:
wash and slice potatoes - add 1/2 of a sliced onion

Form a bowl with approximately 1 foot of aluminum foil and spray it with non-stick spray as well.
