How To make Cream Cheese Tarts
2 pk Softened cream cheese
3/4 c Sugar
2 Eggs
1 T Lemon juice
1 t Vanilla
1 pk Sunshine vanilla wafers
1 cn Thank You Cherry Pie filling
Beat all ingredients with electric mixer. Put papers in tart tins (use tart pan and paper wrappers). Put wafers in papers, FLAT side up. Fill 3/4 full of cheese mixture. Put cherry on top, (no juice). Bake 15 minutes at 350*. Cool in tins. Makes three dozen.
If storing for awhile, refrigerate.

Mini Cream Cheese-Jam Flower Tarts recipe:
CREAM CHEESE TART RECIPE/ NAIIWAN ANG SARAP SA BIBIG!
YIELD: 18 PCS.
TART MOULD SIZE: 3 and 1/2 oz.
BAKING TIME FOR THE TARTS: 180°C for 20 minutes
BAKING TIME WITH THE FILLING: 180°C fo 20 minutes
GRILL SETTINGS: 200°C for 4-6 minutes
Ingredients for the tart shell
250 grams cake flour
1/4 cup powdered milk
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup butter
1 large egg
Ingredients for the cream cheese filling
225 grams/ 1 cup cream cheese
3 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/3 cup whip cream
1 pc. egg yolk for brushing

250g tepung gandum
125g mentega tak bergaram
40g gula aising
secubit garam
1 sudu besar susu tepung
1 kuning telur

500g krim keju
30g mentega tak bergaram
100g gula aising
1 biji telur (guna 3 sudu besar)
1 sudu kecil esen vanila
½ sudu besar jus lemon

1 egg (use 3 tbsp)

½ tablespoon of lemon juice

Hokkaido Baked Cheese Tart | Tart Shells Recipe
Tart Shells (30-35 pieces)
Ingredients:
•Unsalted Butter 150g
•Icing Sugar 40g
•Almond Powder 37g
•Whole Egg 45g
•All Purpose Flour 250g
Cheese Tart Filling
Ingredients
•Cream Cheese 275g
•Sugar 90g
•Unsalted Butter 15g
•Whipping Cream 135g
•All Purpose flour 45g
•Whole Egg 83g
•Lemon Juice 10g
Method:
Tart Shells
1. Cream butter, icing sugar and add in almond powder.
2. Add beaten egg then cream until smooth.
3. Add in all purpose flour and mix well until all incorporated.
4. Wrap it with cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
5. Roll each piece into a ball, around 25g for my tart mould (2.5cm x 6cm)
6. Bake for 180c° 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Cheese Filling
1. To make the filling, cream sugar, butter and cream cheese until light and smooth.
2. Add in whipping cream and flour.
3. Lastly add in beaten eggs and lemon juice then mix until well incorporated.
4. Pack into ziplock bag and refrigerate for 30min.
5. Place the cheese filling in to tart shells then chill in fridge for another 30 minutes to set the filling.
6. Brush the surface with egg yolk and bake at 220°C for 5-6 minutes till the surface become golden brown.
