Use heavy cream to make light and airy biscuits with a milky flavor.

Ingredients:
•4 cups all purpose flour
•6 teaspoons sugar
•1 teaspoon salt
•4 teaspoons baking powder
•3 cups heavy cream
Directions:
•Preheat an oven to 425 degrees.
•In a large mixing bowl, mix together with a wooden spoon the all purpose flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.
•Pour in in the heavy cream and lightly mix with a wooden spoon until most of the liquid is soaked up. Mix the rest by hand. Be careful not to over mix or the biscuits will become chewy, not flaky.
•Lightly flower a flat surface.
•Remove the dough from the mixing bowl, place on the floured surface and pat down until flat and the desired thickness (I like about ½ inch).
•Dip a round cookie cutter in flour and cut circles out of the dough.
•Place the circular dough on a parchment lined cookie sheet.
•Mush the left over dough back together and repeat steps 4 - 7. Any dough left after cutting out circles for the third time will have to be thrown out.
•Bake in a 425 degree oven for 15 - 17 minutes.

Ingredients:
300g Vanaspati (Dalda, Margarine, Butter, or Ghee)
300g Powdered Sugar
200ml Water
500g Flour
50g Milk Powder
5g Baking Powder
1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Salt
????If your biscuit dough is too hard, add 2-3 tablespoons of milk or water.????❤️
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 150℃ (300℉) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, cream together the Vanaspati and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
In a separate bowl, combine the flour, milk powder, baking powder, and salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the creamed mixture, alternating with water. Mix well after each addition until a soft dough forms.
Stir in the vanilla extract and mix until fully incorporated.
Take small portions of the dough and shape them into small balls or use a cookie cutter to create desired shapes.
Place the cookies onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between them to allow for spreading.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until the edges of the cookies turn golden brown.
Once baked, remove the cookies from the oven and allow them to cool on a wire rack.
Once completely cooled, your vanilla cookies are ready to be enjoyed!
Note: Baking times may vary, so keep an eye on the cookies while they're in the oven .

12.5g Milk Powder
1.25g Baking Powder
1/4 tbsp Vanilla Extract

Growing up, I was obsessed with Jim Jam biscuits and I didn’t realise how much I missed them until recently. I tried making them in my kitchen I’m happy to report my #Eggless version of #JimJamBiscuits was amazing absolute hit
The dough of these biscuits come together with just three very simple ingredients. Then there is the cream- trust me, it tastes exactly like the one we love so much! The homemade raspberry jam is the perfect amount of tart to balance the sweetness. You could also use store bought jam to make these!
Biscuit:
1 + 1/2 cup maida
70 gms cold butter
1/2 cup condensed milk
Filling:
1 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup cold butter
1 tsp vanilla
Few drops of milk
Jam:
3/4 frozen raspberries
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp water
( add cornflour to make it thicker)
