1 lb Vermicelli
3 tb Tahini
2 Cloves Garlic
finely
Minced 2 tb Lemon Juice
Salt And Pepper 1 tb Water
1/2 c To 3/4 Cup Olive Oil
Mix tahini, garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and water. Blend until smooth. Gradually add the olive oil, while whisking until smooth and medium thick. Boil the vermicelli and drain. Cool under water and toss with sauce. Add fresh vegetables if desired. Recipe By : :

2 to 2 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon unseasoned rice vinegar
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
1 sheet roasted dried seaweed (Korean gim or Japanese nori), unseasoned

1/4 cup tahini
2 tbsp plant-based mayonnaise (I like Justegg or Follow Your Heart brand)
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp agave nectar
1 tbsp yondu or vegetarian oyster sauce
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 to 4 tbsp Seonkyoung’s chili oil
2 to 4 tbsp water
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp finely grated ginger
3 portions dried, fresh or frozen wheat noodles or any of your favorite noodles
2 Persian cucumber, julienned
2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
