Step 1: Dry Rub
Ingredients
* Mustard
* Liquid Smoke
* 2 racks baby back ribs
* 1 tbsp Salt
* 1 ½ tbsp Brown Sugar
* 1 ½ tbsp Smoked Paprika
* 1 tsp Black Pepper
* 1 tsp Cayenne
1) In a small bowl, whisk together mustard and liquid smoke then rub it all over the ribs.
2) In a separate small bowl, whisk together the salt, brown sugar, smoked paprika, black pepper, and cayenne. Sprinkle the dry rub all over the ribs, wrap in plastic wrap, then let sit in the fridge for at least 4 hours, or better overnight.
3) Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Remove the ribs from plastic wrap, pat dry but not too aggressively, then wrap in foil. Place on a baking sheet and put in the oven for 3 hours.

* That one big cutting board we have
* 2 spoons
* Pastry brush
* Plastic wrap
* Tin foil
* Paper towels
Step 2: Jack ‘n’ Coke BBQ Sauce
Ingredients
* 3 12 ounce cans Coca Cola
* ½ cup Jack Daniels
* ¼ cup brown sugar
* ½ onion
* 3 cloves garlic
* 2 Tbsp tomato paste
* 1 ½ Tbsp dry rub
* ¼ cup white vinegar
* 1 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
1) Heat a large stock pot on high heat and add Jack Daniels, cola, and brown sugar. Remove the skin from your onion, cut it into quarters, and toss them into the pot along with peeled and smashed garlic cloves.
2) Allow the liquid to rapidly boil for 20 minutes, then strain out the onion and garlic. Add in tomato paste, dry rub, worcestershire, cider vinegar, and hot suace. Allow to cook down for an additional 40 minutes, then blend using either a stick blender or conventional blender. (If you do not have a blender, you can mash the cherries with a potato masher then strain the sauce.) Reserve for later.

Step 3: Baste and Blast
Ingredients
* Cooked racks of ribs
* BBQ Sauce
* Scallions for garnish
1) Crank the oven to 450 degrees. Remove ribs from the tin foil and dump any excess liquid. Use a pastry brush—or a spoon, yolo—to brush the BBQ sauce on top of the ribs, then throw back in the oven for 10 minutes, until the sauce becomes sticky and caramelized. Repeat this process one more time, brush and bake, then remove and top with thinly sliced scallions if you like.

Ingredients
1 kilo beef laman at 50 pesos taba ng baka
4 cloves bawang
Paminta durog or bilog
Tangkay ng onion leeks
3 star anise
3 to 4 LT tubig po kong pang kain sa pamilya, 8 to 9 Lt tubig naman Kong pang Negosyo or pang tenda.. Sapat na ang 3 to 4 Lt Kong pang pamilya lang marami na yang 3 to 4 Lt tubig para sa sariling kunsumo..

Pakuluan ng 1 hour or 1 hour and 30 minutes depende sa lakas ng apoy sakin 1 hour lang tangalin palamigin bago hiwain ng maliliit salain ang sabaw ito Yong isabaw sa beef pares ..
Hiniwang laman at taba ng baka..
1 bawang sliced
2 Sibuyas red sliced
10 pesos luya sliced
1 cup Cornstarch ibabad sa tubig
5 tbsp brown sugar
1 cup soy sauce
3 tbsp patis
1 Beef cubes
1 Magic sarap
Add Kunting (Vetsin optional) pwede wag na lagyan ng vetsin magic sarap nalang sa ayaw ng Vetsin
1 tbsp Asin
3 star anise
1 tbsp Paminta powder
3 tbsp Cooking oil
Sinalang Sabaw ng pinakuluang baka
Fried rice..
Bawang
Magic sarap
Cooking oil
Soy sauce
Pwede rin I sabay sa sinaing ang soy sauce para dina mag gisa pa
Pang dagdag pagana sa pag kain
Fried garlic
Spring onion
Kalamansi
Sili labuyo fried sili garlic at kilangan din natin ng panulak..
Tamang oras sa pag luluto ng beef pares ay 2 hours to 2 hours and 30 minutes naka depende sa lakas ng apoy sakin kc malakas ang apoy ko kaya dalawang oras ay malambot na ang laman ng baka. Happy cooking guys
