How To make Chocolate Peanut Butter Cheesecake
2 1/4 lb Cream cheese
softened
1 1/2 c Sugar
6 Eggs
2 ts Vanilla extract
1 1/2 c Heavy cream
10 oz Semisweet chocolate :
melted
1 c Peanut butter
-smooth or crunchy
Recipe by: Rebecca Oeswein <oeswein@dadd.ti.com> Preheat oven to 300 F. In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy, 2 to 3 minutes. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Add vanilla, beat until smooth. Add heavy cream, beat till well blended. Transfer 1/3 of batter to another bowl and set aside. Beat melted chocolate into remaining batter. Pour into crust. With mixer on medium speed, beat peanut butter into remaining 1/3 batter until thoroughly mixed. Carefully spoon peanut butter mixture on top of chocolate cheese mixture in pan. Using the long handle of a wooden spoon, swirl the two flavors together. Bake about 1 hour, or until cheesecake is set around edges and puffed but still jiggles slightly in the center. Let cake cool 2 hours, then refrigerate until well chilled, 8 hrs. or overnight. For a crust, I use Oreo cookie crumbs and make a crust using their recipe. I also do not swirl the flavors together. I like them layered better.

Chocolate Cheesecake Peanut Butter Fat Bombs Recipe:
Ingredients:
For Fat Bombs
Cream Cheese - 4 oz - at room temperature
Butter - 2 tablespoons - at room temperature
Vanilla Extract - 1/2 teaspoon
Erythritol - 1/4 cup (powdered)
For Peanut Butter Coating
Peanut Butter - ¼ cup
Coconut Oil - 1 tablespoon - at room temperature
For Chocolate Coating
Coconut Oil - 1/4 cup- at room temperature
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder - 1/2 cup
Erythritol - 1 tablespoon
Stevia - 3-4 drops
Instructions:
For Peanut Butter Coating:
1. Add Peanut Butter and Coconut Oil
2. Mix Well
3. Add Erythritol and Stevia
For Chocolate Coating:
1. Add Coconut Oil
2. Add Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
3. Add Erythritol and Stevia
For Fat Bombs:
1. Add cream cheese and butter in a bowl
2. Add vanilla extract and erythritol powder
3. Mix well.
4. Refrigerate for 10 minutes
5. Form into tablespoon-sized balls
6. Refrigerate for 10 minutes
7. Remove fat bombs from the refrigerator
8. Coat in peanut butter mixture
9. Drizzle chocolate mixture on top of hardened peanut butter mixture fat bombs
10. Refrigerate for 10 more minutes before storing in an airtight container in the refrigerator

Chocolate Peanut Butter Cheesecake
Chocolate cake mix.
Prepare cake mix as indicated on the back of the box. Add half of mixture to a greased and lined 9 inch spring form pan. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 25 mins. Allow to cool to room temp.
Cheesecake filling
2 room temperature bricks of cream cheese
3/4 cup peanut butter
2/3 cup brown sugr
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup white sugar
Mix together well and pour over baked cake mix. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 40 mins. Allow to cool to room temperature before storing in the fridge over night.
Ganache Topping
2 cups chocolate chips
1 cup heavy whipping cream
Bring cream to a boil and remove from heat. Add chocolate chips and allow to rest for 10 mins. Once rested stir cream and chocolate until well combined. Allow to rest another 10 mins. Pour ganache over cheesecake and allow to rest for 20 mins.
Toppings
8 peanut butter cups quartered
3 heaping tablespoons peanut butter
Sprinkle peanut butter cups over cheesecake. Microwave peanut butter for 1-2 mins. Drizzle peanut butter over cheesecake.
