1 (16 oz) pkg HAZELNUT
-COOKIES, crushed 6 tb BUTTER, melted
Mix and pat into bottom and -up sides of 10-Inch -springform Pan. CAKE 1 lb WHITE CHOCOLATE melted
2 lb CREAM CHEESE, unwrapped and
-warmed in The microwave for 2 minutes -on high 5 JUMBO EGGS, out of shell and
-warmed in the Microwave 25 seconds 1/2 c BUTTER, softened
3 tb HAZELNUT LIQUEUR
1 tb VANILLA
1 ds GROUND NUTMEG
6 oz MILK CHOCOLATE with
-HAZELNUTS, in chunks ** CRUST

CHOCOLATE HAZELNUT CHEESECAKE #shorts
FULL RECIPE
Crust
• 9oz chocolate graham crackers
• 5 tablespoons melted unsalted butter, melted
Ingredients
• 32oz cream cheese (at room temp)
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 1 tbsp vanilla extract
• 5 eggs
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1 cup hazelnut butter
• 3.5oz melted dark chocolate
Preparation
• Preheat your oven to 400°F
• Mix your graham cracker crumbs and butter, then spread across evenly in a springform cake pan.
• Use a food processor to blend your hazelnuts until the butter forms
• In a large bowl, whip your cream cheese, hazelnut butter, melted chocolate, sugar and vanilla extract until fluffy
• Add in your eggs and heavy cream, mix until smooth and creamy
• Pour your cheesecake mix into the prepared crust and bake for 40 minutes!
• Let cool completely and refrigerate over night
• Slice, serve and enjoy!

Ingredients:
Crust
* 2 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
* 2 tbsp. Sugar
* Pinch of Salt
* 6 tbsp. Melted Butter (unsalted)
Filling
* 5 - 8 oz. blocks Cream Cheese (room temperature)
* 1 1/2 cups Sugar
* 3/4 cup Nutella (or any chocolate-hazelnut spread)
* 2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
* 3 Eggs
* 2 cups (12 oz.) Semisweet Chocolate Chips
Topping
* 8 oz. Sour Cream
* 3 tbsp. Nutella (or any chocolate-hazelnut spread)
* 1/2 cup Sugar
* Chocolate Bar Shavings (optional)
Instructions:
Crust
1. Preheat oven to 325º F.
2. In a bowl, combine all crust ingredients.
3. Press into bottom and sides of 10-inch springform pan.
4. Bake for 10 minutes.
Filling
1. Raise oven temperature to 350º F.
2. In a stand mixer, beat cream cheese and sugar on low speed until smooth.
3. Add chocolate-hazelnut spread and vanilla and beat until well blended.
4. Beat in eggs, one at a time, until well incorporated.
5. Fold in chocolate chips.
6. Spread into pan.
7. Bake for 50 minutes until cake is almost set.
8. Cool for 15 minutes.
Topping
1. In a small bowl, whisk together all ingredients except chocolate shavings.
2. Spread over cake.
3. Bake for an additional 5 minutes.
4. Cool for 10 minutes.
5. Using an offset spatula or knife, run along edges of the cake.
6. Cool for an additional hour. Refrigerate overnight.
7. The following day, sprinkle chocolate shavings over the top of the cake.

Ferrero Rocher Cheesecake. Delicious, Easy To Bake, Creamy, Chocolate, Hazelnut Cheesecake.
This Ferrero Rocher Cheesecake takes all the things you love about chocolate hazelnut Ferrero Rocher and turns them into a stunning baked Cheesecake. A must-try for the chocolate lover!
Ingredients List
(use 20cm springform cake tin )
For The Base:
~Chocolate biscuits - 300g
~Unsalted batter (melted) - 150g
For The Filling:
~Cream cheese (Philadelphia) - 500g
~2 Eggs
~75g Granulated sugar
~Nutella - 150g
~Whipping cream (Arla) - 150g
~Chocolate (melted) - 75g
(Heat oven to 130ºC and bake for 1,5 hour)
For The Glaze:
~Chocolate (melted) - 70g
~Hazelnut - 100g
~Coconut oil - 2tsp
You can decorate it with some Ferrero Rocher on top and sprinkle chopped hazelnut. I also like to add some gold leaf as it makes it look more glamorous.
