How To make Cheese Pretzels
1/2 c Unsalted butter, softened
2 1/2 c Shredded aged cheddar cheese
2 tb Dijon mustard
1 1/4 c Flour
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Cayenne pepper
1 Egg white
** %%%%% CHEESE PRETZELS %%%%% ** Shape these nibblies into pretzels, or make sticks or rounds. You can make them up to three days ahead, then store in a cookie tin. Serve at toom temperature or reheat them in a 300 oven for 5 min. POPPY OR SESAME SEEDS In bowl, cream butter until fluffy; beat in cheese and mustard. Combie flour, salt and cayenne; add to bowl and stir just until mixture holds together, being careful not to overmix. Form into disc and wrap in plastic wrap. Chill for 30 minutes Divide into 1 tbsp balls; roll each ball into 10 inch strip. Twist ends over each strip to form pretzel; place on baking sheet. Brush with egg white; prinkle with poppy seeds. Bake in 375 oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until pale golden color. Makes about 2 dozen.

Cheese-Stuffed Garlic Parmesan Pretzels
Servings: 8
INGREDIENTS
1 13.8-ounce can pizza dough
2 cups mozzarella, shredded
3 tablespoons butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1 cup parmesan, shredded
PREPARATION
1. Preheat oven to 400˚F/200˚C.
2. Stretch pizza dough out into a rectangle and cut into 8 equal-sized strips.
3. Stretch strips lengthwise, and widthwise.
4. Place mozzarella down the middle of each strip.
5. Fold and pinch the dough around the cheese along the entire strip, ensuring to close off the ends.
6. Form a pretzel shape by taking the ends of the strip, making a “U” shape, twisting the ends around each other twice and connecting the ends to the bottom of the “U” shape. 7. Transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
7. Mix melted butter, garlic, and parsley and pour onto pretzels.
8. Sprinkle parmesan evenly on top of the pretzels.
9. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
10. Enjoy!

The Best Homemade Soft Pretzels
Making these homemade pretzels is one of the easiest baking projects I think I've ever undertaken. They can be made super fast since there isn't much rise time needed, and they don't require a ton of skill to make.
