You'll learn how to make the chocolate shell, fill it with soft caramel, seal the chocolates, and unmold them. Molded chocolates are so much fun and, more importantly, delicious!

Caramel fouetté : CHOQUANT ! Vous devez essayer pour le croire !
Saviez-vous que vous pouviez faire du caramel fouetté ? C'est si simple et si bon ! Evidemment faut pas en abuser parce que ça reste du caramel mais qu'est-ce que c'est délicieux !! Pour garnir un gâteau, une crêpe, des muffins ou ajouter dans un banana split, une boisson chaude, un fond de tarte, etc... Foncez ! Bonne dégustation !
Ingrédients :
250 g de sucre
65 g de beurre demi-sel
200 ml de crème liquide 30% de matières grasses minimum/Crème fouettée
1 - Vous pouvez aussi utiliser du beurre non salé.
2 - Il est important de refroidir le caramel avant de le fouetter (je le fais en deux fois, une fois au frigo puis au congélateur), pour obtenir un caramel fouetté parfait.
