Asian FRIED CABBAGE AND GROUND BEEF. Dinner In 25 Minutes! Recipe by Always Yummy!
Fried, note not braised one, cabbage with ground beef is unusual and very tasty. This dish is cooked in 25 minutes only. The thing is to not cover a pan with lid, it is important, and don’t forget to stir. Cabbage then comes out a little crispy and fried and it gives a dish unique peculiarity. And of course there is some «secret» sauce, it is easy cooked – watch in our video recipe.

✅ Ingredients:
• ground beef – 14 oz | 400 g
• white cabbage – 1,5 lb | 700 g
• carrot – 3 oz | 180 g
• minced ginger – 1 tbsp
• scallion – 3 stems
• garlic – 2 cloves
• vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
• salt – 1 tsp
• ground black pepper – ½ tsp
• soy sauce – 4 tbsp
• sesame oil – 1 tbsp
• brown sugar – 1 tbsp
• chili sauce – 1 tbsp
• sesame seeds – 1 tbsp
✅ You will need:
• carving board
• grater or cabbage shredder
• bowl
• pan
???? Preparation:
1. Shred the cabbage and carrot thinly, mince the ginger and garlic.
2. Combine the soy sauce, sesame oil, chili sauce and brown sugar in a bowl.
3. Heat a pan with the vegetable oil, add the ground meat and fry for 2 minutes over medium heat, add then the garlic, ginger, salt and black pepper to taste. Fry over medium heat for another 3 minutes.
4. Add the cabbage and carrot and keep frying over low heat for 10 minutes until the cabbage sinks in the pan. If you want softer cabbage then cover with a lid and fry a bit longer to your taste.
5. Add the prepared sauce to the cabbage and stir well, switch the heat off. Sprinkle your fried cabbage and beef with the sesame seeds and chopped scallion.

Beef and Cabbage Casserole in a Rice Cooker.
Cabbage Casserole is a very simple dish to prepare. Just do a little prep work, stick it in the rice cooker and let it cook. When the rice cooker is done, so is the casserole, Simple as that!

Beef and Cabbage Casserole
Ingredients:
* 1 head of cabbage cut in wedges
* 1 pound of ground beef
* 1 pound of breakfast sausage
* 1 cup of rice
* 1 can of Rotel 10 ounce
* 1 cup of water
* 1.5 to 2 Tbsp Cajun Seasoning (Nunu's)
* 1 Large onion chopped
* 1/2 bell pepper chopped
* 2 stalks of celery chopped
Directions:
1. In a heavy bottom pot, brown the sausage and ground beef over medium high heat. Drain the excess oil.
2. reduce heat to medium and add the onions, bell peppers, and celery. Cook until translucent (about 15 minutes) stirring occasionally. Set aside
3. In a large mixing bowl, add uncooked rice, rotel, and the ground meat mixture. Mix thoroughly.
4. Add cabbage wedges and water.
5. Move to a rice cooker (bigger the better for this)
6. Cook on the white rice setting (if programmable).
7. Once done, check the cabbage. If not soft enough, you can put it on for a second time.

Ground beef and cabbage casserole is a delicious dairy-free and gluten-free dinner that can be made ahead of time and baked when you’re ready to eat. It’s made with ground beef, onions, garlic, herbs, rice, tomatoes, cabbage, and cheese. This healthy dish is perfect for busy nights when you want a tasty meal but don’t have much time to make it.
1 pound ground beef
3 tbsp olive oil
1 medium white onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp herbs de Provence
1 cup rice
1 can tomato puree
3 tbsp tomato paste
1 2⁄3 cup beef stock
1 medium white cabbage, shredded
2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
2⁄3 cup parmesan, shredded

This Skillet Cabbage Casserole is so simple and quick but delicious! With only a few ingredients you can have a meal in just 30 minutes. As a variation, try using Italian Sausage and for a low carb option try using cauliflower rice. Skillet Cabbage Casserole
Ingredients
1 small head of cabbage chopped or about 4 to 6 cups
1 1/2 pounds of ground beef
1/2 cup of diced red onion
1 garlic clove
1/2 cup of brown rice
1 14 oz. can of diced tomatoes (I used the roasted diced tomatoes)
1 cup of beef broth
1 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of pepper
1/2 tsp of garlic powder
1/2 tsp of onion powder
1/4 tsp of dried thyme
2 cups of shredded cheddar and monterey jack blend
2 green onion sliced for garnish (optional)
top with sour cream (optional)
Instructions
1. Begin to ground beef in large skillet.
2. Add diced onion, garlic, seasoning, rice, diced tomatoes, beef broth.
3. Top with chopped cabbage and cover skillet and cook for 10 minutes on medium heat.
4. After 10 minutes uncover and stir, then recover and cook for another 10 minutes.
5 Uncover and top with cheese and place skillet in oven under the broiler to melt the cheese (if you have a oven safe skillet)
6. Sprinkle with green onion and top with sour cream if desired.
7 Eat and Enjoy!
