Cheesy Cabbage Casserole
Cheesy cabbage casserole is a lot like cheesy potatoes, or funeral potatoes as you may know them, but without the potatoes! This is a lower carb alternative if you are looking for that or just a fun way to use up that cabbage. It is cheesy, comforting and oh so good!

This is a new cabbage and potato dish I made recently and the whole family and even the kids loved it! That's why I want to share it with you!
A few tips for you before cooking:
????????After washing the cabbage, dry it thoroughly with a paper towel.
???????? You can adjust the amount of cheese and vegetables as you wish.
????Recipe and ingredients ( 8 servings):
1/2 cabbage.
3 medium potatoes.
1 red onion.
2 carrots.
Dill and parsley.
5-6 garlic cloves.
4-5 eggs.
2 cups of flour.
1 tbsp of salt.
Olive oil.
Salt.
Pepper.
125g (5oz) cheddar cheese.
????Salad:
300g (10oz) cherry tomatoes.
1 red onion.
3 avocados.
Dill and parsley.
Juice of half a lemon.
Salt.
Olive oil.

EASY DINNER in 25 Minutes! Asian Style EGG FRIED CABBAGE | Cabbage Egg FRY. Recipe by Always Yummy!
This dish is very easy and quick to prepare. It is delicious, hearty and great for breakfast, lunch or dinner. You will need fresh green cabbage, chicken eggs, scallion and soy sauce.

✅ Ingredients
• green cabbage (preferably spring cabbage) – 20 oz | 600 g
• carrot – 2 oz | 70 g
• 3 eggs
• scallion – 1 oz | 20 g
• garlic – 1 clove
• vegetable oil – 2,5 tbsp
• soy sauce – 2 tbsp
• Teriyaki sauce – 2 tbsp
• sesame seed – 1 tsp
• ground black pepper – to taste
• salt – to taste

???? Preparation
1. Beat the eggs with salt and pepper with a fork.
2. Slice the cabbage and carrots into thin shreds, chop up the scallions and garlic.
3. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium heat, pour in the beaten eggs and fry them for a minute or two, stirring. Then place them into a bowl.
4. Add 1,5 tablespoon of oil into the pan, add scallions and garlic, stir.
5. Add carrots, fry over medium heat for a minute, stirring as you go.
6. Add cabbage and cook over high heat for 3-4 minutes, stirring continuously.
7. Add the fried eggs, soy sauce, Teriyaki sauce, sesame seeds, mix and cook for another minute.
8. Serve fried cabbage hot, sprinkled with fried sesame seeds and scallions, with rice, if desired.
❗️Advices
1. If desired, add ½ teaspoon of chopped ginger and fry it with the garlic.
2. If you don’t have any Teriyaki sauce, you can add 1 more teaspoon of soy sauce and a teaspoon of sugar.
3. You can alter the amount of soy sauce and Teriyaki sauce to your taste. In this recipe we use traditional soy sauce.
4. If you’d like your cabbage to be spicier, more pungent, add some red chili flakes or chopped fresh chili peppers and/or some Sriracha hot chili sauce.

Diesen Auflauf mache ich jedes Wochenende für meine Lieben! Ein leckeres und schnelles Abendessen, das Sie zubereiten können, wann immer Sie Lust auf etwas Leckeres haben! Brokkoli und Blumenkohl und Kartoffeln sind sehr zart und weich. Ich koche dieses Rezept im Ofen, damit das Gemüse duftend und zart wird! Das ist ein sehr leckerer Auflauf. Der Auflauf ist schnell und einfach zubereitet. Kochen Sie also Gemüse und ein köstliches Abendessen wird Ihnen gefallen. Das Rezept für ein duftendes und leckeres Abendessen für die ganze Familie.

REZEPT UND ZUTATEN:
4 Kartoffeln.
1 Brokkoli.
Salz 1 Teelöffel.
Abdecken und zum Kochen bringen!
Salz 1 Teelöffel.
Kartoffeln kochen, bis sie weich sind.
1 Zwiebel.
1 Karotte.
Olivenöl.
Bei mittlerer Hitze einige Minuten braten.
2 Knoblauch.
2-3 weitere Minuten braten.
Röstzwiebeln und Karotten zum Gemüse geben.
Alles gut vermischen.
1 roter Paprika.
2 kleine grüne Paprika
Kirschtomaten.
4 Eier. Salz.
Sonnenblumenöl 5 Esslöffel.
Mehl 1 Tasse / 130 gr.
Mehl nach und nach zugeben und gründlich vermischen.
Milch 2 Tassen / 400 ml.
Petersilie und Dill.
Käse 100 gr. / 1 Tasse.
Im Backofen bei 180°C (350°F) 40 Minuten backen.
Griechischer Joghurt/Sauerrahm 2-3 EL.
Ketchup 1 Esslöffel.
Mayonnaise 1 Esslöffel.
2 Knoblauch. Dill.
