This is sooo Good, you won't even remember how Healthy it is!.. Have as Much as you want and add whatever you want ...I just used what I had left in my refrigerator ....enjoy ????
What you'll Need:
Baking Dish
2 Heads of Cabbage (sautéd) 1 Head (boiled)
3 cloves of Garlic Diced
1 cup of Parsley 1/3 for garnish *optional
Seasonings of your choice
Eckrich farm Turkey sausage 1 1/2 links
4 cups of whole Kernel corn
you can also chop up red, green bell peppers, onions, peppers etc..
Sharp Cheddar Cheese *Healthy option use Reduced fat cheese

Cabbage
Thick Cut Bacon (5-6 slices)
1 Onion
1 tsp Better than bouillon Chicken Base
1 tsp white sugar
1-2 tbsps apple cider vinegar
smoked paprika
1/2 packet Sazon
salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder
Cayenne Pepper
Worcestershire Sauce
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp garlic paste
Directions:
Begin by removing the core of the cabbage and slicing it into your desired thickness. Dice your onion and chop the bacon as well. Over medium heat, fry the bacon until crispy and remove with a slotted spoon. In the same pan, add your onions and cook for 3-4 minutes or until they start to get tender. Next, add your garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add your cabbage and mix to combine. Season to taste with listed seasonings and add in your worcestershire, sugar, and vinegar. Add butter and cover the pan with a lid and cook for 10 minutes on low. Cook, covered, checking occasionally, until cabbage is tender. Taste as you go and adjust the seasoning as needed. Add your bacon once the cabbage is tender and mix to combine. You can add sausage to this as well.

Vickis Cabbage Casserole
Small head of cabbage
1 Med. onion
1/4 c. butter
salt & pepper to taste
1/ cup Mayo
1 Can Cream of Mushroom or Cream of Chicken soup
Topping:
1/4 Cup Butter
1 Cup grated, sharp cheddar cheese
1/2-1 Stack Ritz crackers, finely crushed
Place Cabbage into a casserole dish, sprinkle the onions over top of the cabbage.
Melt 1/2 stick butter and pour 1/4 cup over cabbage. Sprinkle salt and pepper. In a small bowl, mix soup and mayo and spread over the cabbage mixture. Mix the other melted butter with crushed crackers, and grated cheese. Spread over the top of casserole and bake 350 for about 45 minutes or until brown and inside is bubbly.
