PEANUT BUTTER BROWNIES

Ingredients:
For the batter:
275g caster sugar
150g melted butter
2 eggs
1 tbsp vanilla
75g plain flour
75g cocoa powder
salt
100g dark chocolate chips
For the peanut butter layer:
125g smooth peanut butter
125g icing sugar
60g melted butter
For the chocolate layer:
100g milk chocolate
50g butter

BROWNIES:
• 5 tablespoons salted butter, melted
• 3 ounces baking chocolate, melted
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• ½ teaspoon salt
• ½ teaspoon baking powder
• 1½ teaspoons vanilla extract
• ¾ cup all-purpose flour
PEANUT BUTTER CRUNCH TOPPING:
• 1 cup creamy peanut butter
• 1½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 1½ cups rice krispie cereal
✅Instructions
1️⃣ 00:00:14 - Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9x9 glass pan with nonstick cooking spray or line with parchment paper.
2️⃣ 00:01:00 - In a large mixing bowl, use a hand mixer to mix together melted butter, melted chocolate, and sugar. Add in the eggs, and vanilla and mix until combined.
3️⃣ 00:01:45 - Add in salt, baking powder, and flour and mix until just combined.
4️⃣ 00:02:13 - Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool for 1 hour. Spread peanut butter on top.
5️⃣ 00:02:44 - In a microwave-safe mixing bowl, melt chocolate chips in 15 second increments in the microwave, stirring in between, until chocolate is melted and smooth. Stir in rice krispie cereal.
6️⃣ 00:03:15 - Spread chocolate mixture on top of peanut butter layer. Transfer pan to the fridge and allow to cool completely until set, about 30 minutes.

8-10 Fairytale Brownies (Original, Chocolate Chip, and Cream Cheese)
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
16 oz. cream cheese
2 cups packed brown sugar
Peanut butter cups (chopped; 4 larger or 10 mini)
DIRECTIONS:
In a stand mixer, mix Peanut Butter, Cream Cheese, and brown sugar until smooth. Spread on individual brownies. Chop peanut butter cups and sprinkle on top of frosted brownies. How to Make Peanut Butter Brownies
These amazing Peanut Butter Brownies start with a chewy chocolate brownie recipe topped with creamy peanut butter frosting, chocolate glaze and mini Reese’s peanut butter cups.
???? Ingredients ????
Brownies:
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1 1/2 cups light brown sugar, packed
1 cup salted butter, melted
4 large eggs
1 large egg yolk
1/3 cup milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
dash salt
⭐️Peanut Butter Frosting:
1/4 cup butter, room temperature
3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1-3 Tablespoons milk, as needed
⭐️Chocolate Glaze:
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
5 Tablespoons butter
1 small bag mini Reese's chocolates, unwrapped and chopped

Brownies:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a mixing bowl add granulated and brown sugars and melted butter. Beat until well combined. Add eggs and egg yolk, beating after each addition. Add milk and vanilla extract.
In a separate bowl mix together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix just until combined. The batter will be thick.
Pour batter into a greased 9x13'' baking pan and spread into an even layer. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool completely.
⭐️Peanut Butter Frosting:
Beat together butter, and peanut butter until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla and beat again until smooth. Add a little splash of milk, beating well until light and fluffy. Add more milk or powdered sugar if needed to make the frosting thicker or thinner.
Smooth frosting over the top of cooled brownies. Refrigerate while you make the chocolate topping.
⭐️Chocolate Glaze:
Place chocolate chips and butter in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring in between, until just melted and smooth. Allow to cool for 3-4 minutes.
Spread evenly over the frosted brownies. Add chopped Reese's peanut butter cups on top. Return to fridge to allow the chocolate to set.
