How To make Bob's Chicken and Rice
1 1/4 pounds boneless chicken
1 green pepper
chopped
1 large onion :
chopped
1 cup mushrooms sliced
3/4 cup broccoli florets
1/2 cup white rice
1 can cream of celery soup
1 1/2 tablespoons Mrs. Dash seasoning
salt and pepper :
to taste
This is a very quick and easy recipe. When I want really fast, I pick up all of the vegetables at the do-it-yourself salad counter in the super market. Nothing needs to be exact.
Arrange the chicken in a 9X13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle the seasonings over the chicken. Then sprinkle the rice over the chicken. Mix the green pepper, onion, broccoli florets and mushroom and sprinkle the mix over the chicken. Finally pour the can of soup over the mix. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake at 375 degrees F for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until chicken is done. Enjoy.

Recipe covered in this video is for 1 serving. You don't have to use exact amount for each ingredients. Recipes can be modified to add more of any ingredients you like. Just be careful on seasoning and don't cook it too salty!

- Left over or new Fried Chicken (200g)
- Eggs (2)
- Onion (1/2)
- Green onions (10 cm long)
- Soy Sauce (3 table spoons)
- Sugar (1 table spoon)
- Black Pepper (1 teaspoon)
- Sesame oil (1 table spoon)

Every region has a spectacular chicken and rice dish, everything from Jambalaya to Arroz con Pollo. Here in the south we have Chicken Bog. This delicious one pot meal can feed a crowd for under $20. Seasoning can be adjusted to your family's taste.
INGREDIENTS
1 Pack smoked sausage diced
2 lbs boneless skinless chicken (white and or dark meat)
1/2 small onion diced
3 tbs butter
6 cups chicken broth or water
3 cups rice ( I use parboiled )
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1-2 tsp seasoning salt or Nature Seasoning
Heat large pot or dutch oven and brown sausage.
Remove sausage from pot, use all seasonings to season chicken. Brown chicken in pot and add butter.
Return sausage to pot, add stock and onions, cover boil for 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
Remove chicken breast from stock, shred, add rice and chicken to pot. Cover simmer stirring occasionally until all liquid is absorbed.
Serve, enjoy.....it's like a warm hug from Grandma for your insides.

1 Packet Fajita Seasoning Mix
