About Pai:
Pailin “Pai” Chongchitnant is the author of the Hot Thai Kitchen cookbook, co-host of a Canadian TV series One World Kitchen on Gusto TV, and creator and host of the YouTube channel Pailin's Kitchen.
Pai was born and raised in southern Thailand where she spent much of her playtime in the kitchen. She traveled to Canada to study Nutritional Sciences at the University of British Columbia, and was later trained as a chef at Le Cordon Bleu culinary school in San Francisco.
After working in both Western and Thai professional kitchens, she decided that her passion really lies in educating and empowering others to cook at home via YouTube videos, her cookbook, and cooking classes. We're going old school with this Classic Family Meatloaf. Gently mix ingredients, set the shape in a loaf pan, then invert onto a sheet tray and bake. A sweet and savory glaze adds the perfect flavor to this moist meatloaf.

2 pounds Certified Angus Beef ® ground beef
2 eggs
2 cups panko breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated onion
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1/2 cup whole milk
1 tablespoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 tablespoons plus 1/3 cup ketchup, divided
2 tablespoons brown sugar, divided
1 tablespoon plus 2 teaspoons mustard powder, divided
2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
