Ingredients
1 lbs ground beef
1lb of Italian sausage
1 Tbsp of minced garlic
2 large eggs
1 ¼ cups of seasoned Italian breadcrumbs
¾ cup of grated parmesan cheese
1 cup of milk
3 Tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped (dried parsley flakes are fine)
½ teaspoon of salt
½ teaspoon of pepper
½ teaspoon of crushed red pepper flakes
2 teaspoons of olive oil
1 medium onion diced
15-18 ounces of your favorite BBQ sauce (we used Buffalo Wild Wings Honey BBQ Sauce)
Directions
Add 2 teaspoons of olive oil to a skillet.
Add onions and saute over medium high heat for 5 minutes.
Add garlic and red pepper flakes and saute for an additional 2 minutes.
Remove from heat, set aside and let cool.
Add to a large bowl, ground beef, sausage, eggs, breadcrumbs, grated parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, pepper and half of the milk. Mix together. Then add onion mixture and the other half of milk to this bowl and mix together.
Spray 2 baking sheets with non-stick spray. Using a small cookie scoop or by hand, form your meatballs and place on the baking sheets.
Place in a preheated 400° oven to bake for 18-20 minutes.(Switch oven to high broil for the last 1-2 minutes of baking)
Remove from the oven and place in a baking dish.
Top them with BBQ sauce.
Place them back in the oven at 400° for 15-20 minutes.
Remove them from the oven and serve as is or with pasta.

Slow Cooker Barbecue Meatballs
SLOW COOKER BARBECUE MEATBALLS
Easy appetizer recipe or great as a main dish over mashed potatoes.
RECIPE:
INGREDIENTS:
40 oz. frozen meatballs (I use Safeway's Kitchen brand homestyle meatballs)
16 oz. Sweet Baby Ray's Original Barbecue Sauce
1 small white onion diced
SLOW COOKER SIZE:
4-quart or larger
INSTRUCTIONS:
Add the frozen meatballs to the slow cooker.
Add the diced white onion and barbecue sauce. Stir.
Cover and cook on high for 2.5 hours or on low for 4 hours. Stir occasionally so the meatballs won't burn on the edges.
Serve as an appetizer with toothpicks or as dinner on top of mashed potatoes or rice. Or you can serve on slider or hoagie rolls.

Italian Meatballs, wrapped in bacon, glazed with BBQ Sauce and cooked on the Traeger Timberline.
Bacon-Wrapped BBQ Meatballs
Ingredients:
- 2 dozen fresh homestyle or Italian meatballs
- 12 strips thin sliced bacon
- 1/2 cup Killer Hogs The BBQ Sauce
- 1/2 cup Killer Hogs Vinegar Sauce
Directions:
1.) Preheat pellet grill to 350°F.
2.) Cut the bacon strips in half creating 24 pieces.
3.) Wrap each meatball with a strip of bacon and secure it with a toothpick.
4.) Place the wrapped meatballs on a wire rack and into the smoker.
5.) Cook for 35 minutes until the bacon starts to brown.
6.) Combine both sauces and dunk each meatball into the sauce and cook for an additional 10 minutes to set the sauce.
7.) Serve with extra sauce for dipping.

These Korean BBQ meatballs are the ultimate dinner recipe when you don't have time to cook. Sweet, savory and spicy meatballs that served with rice.

Ingredients:
For the meatballs:
1 lb. (450g) Ground beef
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
1/2 cup (g) Breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon Gochujang paste (Korean chili paste)
1 Egg
1/4 cup Green onions, thinly sliced
Cooking spray
For the sauce:
1/4 cup (50g) Brown sugar
2 tablespoons Gochujang paste
1 tablespoon Grated garlic
1 tablespoon Grated ginger
1/3 cup (80ml) Soy sauce (low sodium)
1 teaspoon Sesame oil
3/4 cup (180ml) Water
2 teaspoons Cornstarch + 1 tablespoon water
For garnish:
Sesame seeds
Spring onions
For serving:
Cooked rice
Directions:
1. Make the meatballs: preheat oven to 450F (220C).
2. in a large bowl, mix ground beef, salt, pepper, Gochujang paste, egg and breadcrumbs.
3. Form into balls and place the balls in a baking pan and bake for 15 minutes.
4. Make the sauce: I a skillet/pan heat 1 tablespoon of oil. Add grated ginger and grated garlic, cook for 1-2 minutes. Add brown sugar, Gochujang paste, soy sauce, sesame oil, water and mix well. Cook over medium heat for 4-5 minutes.
5. Meanwhile in a small bowl mix cornstarch and water. Pour the mixture into sauce, cook, stirring constantly, until slightly thickens.
6. Add the meatballs, reduce the heat to low and cook for 3-4 minutes. Cover the meatballs with the sauce.
7. Turn the heat off, sprinkle some sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
8. Serve with rice.
