How To make Banana Cinnamon Waffles
1 3/4 C flour
1 Tbsp baking powder
3/4 Tsp cinnamon
1/4 Tsp salt
2 egg whites
whipped
1 1/2 C skim milk :
at room temperature
2/3 C banana mashed
1/2 C applesauce :
at room temperature
Prepare waffle iron with cooking spray and heat up. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. In another mixing bowl, combine egg whites, milk, banana, and applesauce. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients just until moistened. Pour enough batter to fill two-thirds of the waffle iron. Cook until crisp and golden brown. Set aside. Repeat with remaining batter.

1 ripe banana riper

0.5 tbsp olive oil
Recipe:
1. Preheat a waffle maker.
2. Place all the listed ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth.
3. Place some of the batter into the waffle maker. Bake for a couple of minutes till the waffles are golden brown.
4. Take the waffles out of the waffle maker, place them on the plates and serve them with chopped walnuts, honey and homemade ice cream. Enjoy!
