Add cream, nutmeg, vegetables and pinch es. Put chopped bacon on bottom of pie shell. Spread cheese. Pour liquid over c heese. Bake for 12 minutes at 450 degrees and then 35 minutes at 325 degrees. Ingredients
- 2 cups short grain rice, cooked - 1 head of garlic (yes 1 head), peeled and finely diced - 60g butter - 4 eggs, lightly beaten - 1 tbsp light soy sauce - 4 spring onions, finely sliced - 100ml grapeseed oil (don’t worry it’s for frying) - 2 pinch MSG or chicken bouillon (optional)
Method
1. In a wok (you can also use a large nonstick pan), heat the oil over a low heat and fry the garlic until golden brown. Remove from the heat and pass the oil off. 2. Turn your heat up to medium and add your butter and 1 tbsp of the garlic oil. Once the butter is melted, add the eggs. 3. Once the eggs are 70% cooked, add the rice and turn the heat to high. Once you have your rice nicely broken up and almost completely hot, add the spring onions, cooked garlic, light soy sauce and MSG. Fry this for 3-4 minutes and enjoy!

Here's what you'll need to make this yourself About 3 Cups of Egg Whites ( or regular Eggs) A handful of Spinach Milk Sharp Cheddar Cheese ( optional Parmesan) Salt/ Pepper/ Minced Garlic Summer Sausage ( or any meat you prefer) a Baking Tray
Combine Ingredients and bake in convection oven for 25 minutes at 350F (175C)

The below is for a basic BBQ sauce, feel free to swap this out with your favourite BBQ sauce instead.
- 80g tomato ketchup - 30g apple cider vinegar (I used rice wine vinegar as I had run out of apple cider) - 25g chilli honey (or normal honey) - 20g Worcestershire sauce - 1g smokey paprika - 1g garlic powder - 1g onion powder
1. Start by wrapping your chicken breasts in streaky bacon. 2. Place on a lined tray and 180°c oven. 3. After 20 minutes, start glazing the chicken with the bbq sauce every 5 minutes. 4. Once your chicken breast has reached an internal temperature of 70°c, grate some cheese over the top and place back in the oven to melt. 5. Serve with potato mash or chips and green beans. 6. Enjoy!
