How To make Asleep At The Grill Barbecued Ribs
1 1/4 c teriyaki sauce; (10 oz.
-bottle) 1 1/2 c brown sugar; firmly packed
1 garlic; cloves separated and
- peel 3 tb unsulfured molasses
1 ts ground cumin
2 ts cayenne pepper
1/2 c hot pepper sauce
1 tb seasoned pepper
16 oz cranberry sauce
2 baby back pork ribs; (about
-4 lb.)
Process all ingredients (except ribs! duh!) in a blender until smooth. Pla ce ribs in shallow baking dish. Pour sauce over ribs, turning until well coated. Marinate 8 hours or over night.
In covered grill, using indirect cooking method, cook ribs 1 hour, turning
every 20 minutes. Close top vents on grill half way through cooking time to lower temperature, then brush rib s frequently with sauce for about 30 minutes.

Sweet Sticky Hour and a Half Ribs! #bbq #cooking #ribs
OLD SCHOOL LOW AND SLOW SMOKED BBQ PORK SPARE RIBS (TEXAS STYLE)
Recipe:
2 slabs spare ribs,baby back ribs,beef ribs
uncle Steve shake(pig flavor)
cavenders Greek seasoning
liquid smoke sauce
worchestire sauce
cover ribs top and bottom with liquid smoke sauce and worchestire sauce
add seasonings and rub in well
Let sit in fridge for 6-8 hours
place on smoker and set temp on 250 degrees for 6 hours
Place ribs on rack and smoke for 4 hours
after 4 hours wrap ribs in foil for 1 hour
Remove and baste in your favorite bbq sauce and place in oven uncovered for 15-20 minutes (FOR A MORE STICKY RIB)
Remove from oven and enjoy
Again you can cook these in the oven using the same cooking method

1 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 cup season salt
1/2 cup worshtire sauce
1/4 cup liquid smoked sauce

Maple - Rum Ribs

INGREDIENTS:
0.57 kg ( approx. 1 & 1/4 lb) Side ribs with the silverskin removed from the underside*
2 tbsps maple syrup
Seasoning mix:
1 1/2 tsp Chili powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cumin
1 tsp Ginger powder
1 tsp onion powder
Steak seasoning to taste (you may use bbq spice, salt or meat Seasoning if you prefer)
Glaze/Sauce:
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
1/4 cup apple juice
1/4 cup Jamaican Appleton Estate Rum
3 tbsps ketchup
2 tsps honey mustard
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
1/4 tsp ginger powder
2 tsps apple cider vinegar
3 tsps Worsectershire sauce
Slurry (1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 1 tbsp apple juice) add slurry as needed
More Appleton rum if desired

*Sometimes your butcher will remove that thin membrane for you if you ask. The ribs will be cooked slow and long so if there's any silverskin left on there the slow cook will help with that so don't worry too much ???? Here's a video where I show how to remove the silverskin if you want to
