2 lb Caribou ribs 1 tb Vegetable oil Salt & Pepper 2 tb Brown sugar 16 oz Tomato sauce 2 tb Vinegar 2 ts Prepared mustard 1 ts Louisiana Hot Sauce Place ribs in a large oven proof dish. Brush lightly with cooking oil; sprinkle with salt & pepper. Bake at 325-350 degrees until fairly well done, turning once. Combine the remaining ingredients with the tomato sauce; pour over ribs. Bake until done, basting occasionally with sauce.

Found Cancer in my Chicken Meat ???? #Shorts
Today I was quartering a chicken and found large masses of cancer in the chicken breasts. I have never seen this in chicken meat before. I have heard of cancer in pork meat but never seen it in chicken before. This is an example of why you should quarter your own chickens because you can see everything and discard the meat instead of just cutting around it. The grocery store refunded me and gave me a new chicken that was fine. In all my years first time seeing this. Cooking Baby Back Ribs with Shug
Baby Back Ribs))))))))) Mmmmmmmm. Great party food. I cook mine over indirect heat on my cooker. Generally 2 1/2 hours at about 275º. The trick is to skin the membrane off of the back of the rib racks. Many ways to do ribs but this is my preferred method. They always come out goodly. Carry forth. Shug
