1 lb Dried apricots; ground fine 2 c Sugar Peel of 1/2 medium-sized ora -nge - ground fine Few drops lemon juice Granluated sugar Mix ingredients well & boil about 10 minutes, sitring constantly to prevent burning. Spread on large platter and chill overnight or for several hours, as it is much easier to roll when cold. Shape into balls and roll in granulated sugar. Easy Apricot Balls
Ingredients :
Apricot - 200 gm Shredded coconut - 100 gm Sugar - I've used 2 tbsp (as required) Shredded coconut - 1 cup for rolling the balls
Method :
Add apricot, shredded coconuts and sugar into mixi jar. Blend well till smooth. Shift the apricot - coconut mix into a plate. Take small portion and roll between your palms to form round shape. Roll the balls over shredded coconut. Yummy Apricot Balls are ready. ????
