How To make Applesauce Granola Cookies(Sugar Free)
2 large eggs
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 tablespoons frozen concentrated apple juice
unsweetened
2 cups unbleached white flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
2 cups unsweetened granola :

* To prepare homemade, unsweetened granola, combine equal amounts of any of the following: rolled oats, chopped nuts, flaked coconut, finely chopped dried fruit, seeds.
In a mixing bowl beat together eggs, oil, applesauce, and apple juice concentrate. Add flour, baking powder, and spices. Beat well. Mix in granola. Drop batter by teaspoons onto oiled baking sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 7 to 10 minutes or until firm to the touch and bottoms are browned. Cool on wire racks.

As requested by one of our viewers, we've come up with a #VeganOatmealRaisinCookies recipe that we're sure you'll love. These soft and chewy vegan oatmeal raisin cookies are so easy to make and oh so delicious! This is sure to be a family favourite! Enjoy!
Note: To get a more successful result and to make measurements more precise, using a kitchen scale is highly recommended.
Yield: 14 pcs
Wet Ingredients:
73 g | ⅓ cup neutral-tasting oil
100 g | ½ cup brown sugar
24 g | 2 Tbsp granulated sugar
45 g | 3 Tbsp non-dairy milk
½ tsp vanilla extract
Dry Ingredients:
90 g | ¾ cup all purpose flour
¼ tsp baking soda
½ tsp sea or kosher salt
¼ tsp cinnamon powder
a pinch freshly ground nutmeg
112 g | 1¼ cup old-fashioned rolled oats
80 g | ½ cup raisins (used sultana raisins)

2/3 cup sweet potato puree
1/4 cup coconut oil liquid but not hot
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 eggs
1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
3/4 cup old-fashioned rolled oats made into oat flour
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup ground flaxseed
1/2 tsp cardamom
1/4 tsp sea salt
Midnight Cookies 4:11
3/4 cups old fashioned rolled oats made into oat flour
1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
1/2 cup chopped cashews
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp cardamom
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/2 cup pitted dates if hard then soaked in hot water for 5 minutes and then drained
1 egg
1/4 cup coconut oil melted

Ingredients:
1¼ cups (160g) Oat flour
3/4 cup (70g) Quick/Rolled oats
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/3 cup (72g) Coconut oil, melted
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1/3 cup (67g) Sugar
3 tablespoon Milk of choice
1/4 cup Walnuts, chopped *optional
Directions:
1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. In a large bowl mix oat flour, rolled oats, baking powder, salt and sugar.
3. Add coconut oil, vanilla extract, milk and mix until combined.
4. Add chopped nuts and mix until combined (this step is optional)
5. Shape the dough into 14-16 small balls and arrange them on prepared sheet. Flatten the cookies.
6. Bake for 13-15 minutes.
7. Allow to cool on the tray for 5-10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack and allow to cool completely.
