Easy Brownies Recipe
Easy homemade brownie recipe..

Ingredients ????
3/4 cup cooking oil or melted butter
3/4 or 1 cups sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
3 eggs
3/4 cup flour
1/3 cup + 2 1/2 tbsp cocoa
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 8×8 square baking pan, or line it with parchment paper.
2. Mix together the oil, sugar and vanilla extract.
3. Add eggs and mix until well combined.
4. Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt.
5. Slowly add to the egg mixture until well combined.
6. Pour the batter into the pan and spread evenly.
7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with a few crumbs.

Ingredients:
1 cup Maida
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp soda bicarb
2 mashed, ripe bananas
1/2 cup Melted sugar-free chocolate
3 tbsp Butter
2 tsp sugar substitute
1/2 cup milk
Method of preparation:
In a cup add maida, baking powder, soda bicarb, mix them well and keep it aside.
In another cup add mashed, ripe bananas, sugar-free chocolate, butter, sugar substitute, milk and whisk them together.
Start adding the dry ingredient mixture to this slowly.
Clean the bowl once with a rubber spatula and our batter is ready.
Take a greased and dusted baking tray and add the prepared batter to it.
Bake it in a pre-heated oven for 15-20 minutes. Our Brownie is ready.
Take the brownie out on a wire rack and cool it for 2 hours.
Before serving the brownie, cut it into pieces and heat it in an oven for 10 - 15 secs.
