diced 6 Uneeda biscuits 2 tablespoons minced parsley 1/2 clove garlic -- minced 1 dash Tabasco sauce 1/8 teaspoon oregano Salt & pepper to taste Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine all the ingredients and turn mixture into an 8 x 8 inch pan greased with reserved marinade. Bake 40 to 45 minutes. Cool i n pan and cut into small squares. WW Breakfast/Brunch Collab Many thanks to Joan at Joan's Pointed Plate and Amanda at Amanda Lewis for asking me to participate in this collaboration! I'm offering as my contribution a Roasted Tomato and Bacon Crustless Quiche at 2 WW SP per slice. Please see my recipe below and the channel links for all participants. The Pyrex pie plate! I have had two of these pie plates for about 25 years; I received them as wedding gifts and they have never let me down. They're practically indestructible.

Roasted Tomato and Bacon Crustless Quiche, 2 WW SP per slice 8 eggs 3 slices center cut bacon, cooked crisp and chopped 1/2 cup reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese 2 Tablespoons half and half 1 cup grape tomatoes 1 Tablespoon olive oil
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Get the roasted tomatoes started by slicing large tomatoes in half and leaving smaller ones whole and roasting on a foil lined pan tossed with the olive oil for 15-20 minutes. Beat eggs and add bacon, cheese, half and half. When the tomatoes come out of the oven, allow them to cool before adding and reduce oven heat to 350. Pour the egg mixture into a pie pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray and bake for 40 minutes. Serves 8.
