Pepper Steak Pasta | UNBELIEVABLE FLAVAS - QUICK & EASY #shorts
One of our favourite go to recipes! Delicious, quick and easy. All made in under 30 minutes Ingredients

650g steak
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp thyme,
1 tsp all purpose
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp browning
500g wholewheat pasta
Avocado oil
1 medium onion chopped
2 spring onions strips
4 garlic cloves chopped
1 red bell pepper strips
Green bell pepper strips
1/4 scotch bonnet sliced
500ml beef stock
Handful of fresh parsley diced
METHOD
Pepper steak pasta! So delicious guys! And made in under 30 mins!
Firstly slice up your preferred steak into strips. Im using Rump - because me nuh rump ????.
Add your steak to a mixing bowl, season di ting with salt, black pepper, thyme, all purpose, paprika, browning, then mix together. Then marinate di ting.
Add some wholewheat pasta to boiling salted water and cook until ready.
In a frying pan add some avocado oil fry and brown your steak then add some beef stock then remove.
Use the same pan and fry onions, spring onions, garlic, red & green bell peppers scotch bonnet then cook down until soft.
Add cooked pasta followed by your juicy steak toss around then garnish with some fresh parsley! And they you have it! Juicy Pepper steak pasta! Soo nicee.
Beef And Onion Stir Fry |Tender And Juicy Beef
—-Ingredients(4 servings)—
6.7 oz/190 g onion
4 stalks of green onion
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp sugar
4 cloves of garlic
16.9 oz/480 g beef
2 tsp soy sauce
2 1/4 tsp dark soy sauce
3/4 tsp oyster sauce
3/4 tsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
4 1/2 tsp corn starch
3 tsp oil
1 1/2 tsp sesame oil
3 tbsp oil for cooking
3 tsp dark soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp oyster sauce
1 1/2 tbsp cooking wine
1/3 cup water
Black pepper

Healthy Low-Calorie Bell Pepper Steak

Recipe yields 2 servings. Each serving has 445 Cal, if you add rice (2/3cup): about 600 Cal/serving.
Ingredients:
???? 2 bell peppers of your choice (I chose 1 green, 1/2 red, 1/2 yellow)
???? 1 tbsp olive oil
???? 500g steak, thinly sliced
???? 2 cloves of garlic, minced
???? 1/4 tsp ginger powder ???? 1/4 cup soy sauce (low salt)
???? 1/4 cup of water
???? 3 tbsp flour
???? 1.5 tbsp brown sugar
???? Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Cut bell peppers and steak into thin slices and set aside
2. Heat 1/2 tbsp of olive oil over medium heat in a pan
3. Add bell peppers to the pan, cook until tender (about 3 min), then set aside
4. Add 1/2 tbsp of the remaining olive oil to the pan, add steak and season with salt and pepper
5. Cook steak until well done
6. In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, water, brown sugar and flour until well combined
7. When the steak is well done, add garlic and ginger to the pan, then mix
8. Place the bell peppers back in the pan with the steak
9. Pour sauce over the steak mixture, cook until sauce thickens (about 3min), then serve with rice.

INGREDIENTS
1.5 lb Skirt steak, cut into thin stripes
Salt and pepper
2 tbs Rice flour, to coat and thicken sauce
1 Tsp Corn starch, to coat and thicken sauce
2 Tbs vegetable oil
1 Green bell pepper, cut into julienne
1 Red bell pepper cut into julienne
1 orange bell pepper , cut into julienne
1 White onion, cut into julienne
1 tbs garlic, chopped
1 tbs ginger , minced
3 Tbs Tamari sauce ( Gluten free soy )
1 Tbs balsamic vinegar
1/2 Tsp Sesame oil
1 Tsp Honey
Scallions and Cilantro to cook and garnish.
