16 slices stale raisin cinnamon bread 3 eggs 2 egg yolks 1 cup melted vanilla ice cream 1 dash nutmeg, cinnamon 1 1/2 cups maple syrup 1/2 cup toasted pecans Blend eggs, yolks and ice cream. Arrange 8 of the bread slices in buttered 9x13" baking dish. Pour 1/2 custard mixture over, add second layer of bread and pour remaining over all. Sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon. Bake @ 350 10 minutes or till cutard is set. Mix maple syrup with pecans. Warm on low and serve over toast.

Sliced bread (stale bread or harder bread is actually better) 1-2 eggs 1/2 cup to 1 cup of milk 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 teaspoon cinnamon
mix eggs, milk, vanilla and cinnamon together dunk bread into egg mixture Medium Heat on stove melt some butter on pan
place dunked bread on pan cook for a few minutes on each side
