Decadent and EASY Bread Pudding Recipe

This amazing bread pudding recipe is perfectly sweet with a wonderfully soft texture inside, a crisp top, and a delicious traditional pudding sauce. Bread pudding is basically a giant upgraded french toast casserole. Super-quick to whip up and of course it's a great use for stale bread, but just because it's easy as can be doesn't mean it's not amazingly delicious! I used brioche instead of plain white bread then whipped up my favorite brandy sauce, which I poured liberally on top.

Orange Jello Poke Cake!

Ingredients:

1- white or yellow cake mix, plus the ingredients to make per back of the box
3 oz. orange jello
1 cup boiling water
8 oz. or more whipped topping

Directions:

1. Preheat the oven per back of the cake box and spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
2. Make and bake the cake according to the box.
3. Let cool 20 minutes.
4. Poke holes every 1/2 inch all over the cake. (Be sure not to go all the way through the bottom of the cake.)
5. Mix the jello with the boiling water until completely dissolved.
6. Pour the jello over the cake allowing it to seep into the holes.
7. Cover the cake and place it in the refrigerator for at least 3-4 hours.
7. Top with whipped topping and enjoy!!!

I wanted to make this cake in honor of the Tennessee Vols first game this season!!! I loved the orange and white throughout the entire thing and it tasted amazing!!! We are so happy football is back this year!!! The possibilities are endless with this type of cake too!!! You can pretty much do any color combinations you can think of!!! 2.5 cup(divided)graham crackers or digestive biscuits crust
1/2 cup melted butter

other ingredients:
4 oz cream cheese softened
1/2 cup butter softened
2 cups powdered sugar
20 oz can crushed pineapple drained (divided)
8 oz whipped topping (cool whip) or use 8oz whipped cream
