2 c All purpose flour
2 ts Baking soda
2 c Sugar
2 lg Eggs
1 cn Pineapple; crushed,20 ozs.
1 c Chopped nuts
1 pk Cream cheese; softened,8 ozs
1 c Confectioners' sugar
1/4 lb Butter; one stick
Heat oven to 350 deg..In a large mixing bowl,combine,flour,baking soda and sugar.Add eggs,pineapple,with its juice,and nuts;mix well.Pour into lightly greased 9"x13"x2" baking pan.Bake 35 to 45 minutes.Cool. Beat softened cream cheese until fluffy.Whip in confectioners'sugar and softened butter.Spread the whipped cream cheese mixture over the cooled cake.Cut in 3" squares.Makes 12 servings...

6 eggs 달걀
180g granulated sugar 흰 설탕
180 cake flour 박력분
60g unsalted butter (melted) 무염 버터 (녹인것)
96g pudding mix 푸딩 믹스
2cups milk 우유
2 cups whipping cream 생크림
¼ cup granulated sugar 흰설탕
1tsp vanilla extract 바닐라 에센스

Hawaiian wedding cake!
We made this because its our cousin Joyce's favorite cake and we wanted a light, airy sweet delicious poke cake that will make you palate sing!
Here's the ingredients-
18 oz yellow cake mix- any kind
40 oz crushed pineapple- drained and set aside the 1 cup of juice for your cake mix
3.4 oz instant vanilla pudding mix
2 cups cold milk
2 cups heavy whipping cream
3 tbsp granulated sugar
1 cup coconut flakes toasted
Drain pineapple, and reserve the juice. Set aside. Spray cake pan with bakers spray and preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Prepare the cake according to the packaged directions, use the pineapple juice instead of water. Bake in a 9x13” pan. Let cool completely.
Once cool, use a wooden skewer to poke holes all over the entire cake.
Spread the drained pineapple over the top of the cake and set aside.
In a stand mixer, beat whipping cream and sugar until stiff peaks form and transfer into a large bowl.
In the same mixing bowl,beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Slowly add the milk a little at a time, beating until smooth between each addition. Scrape the sides of the bowl frequently.
When all the milk has been added, mix in the pudding mix and beat for 2 minutes. Gently fold the pudding mixture into the whipped cream, mixing until combined.
Spread mixture evenly over the top of the pineapple. Top the cake with toasted coconut, chill, and serve delicious y'all!

Ingredients:
192ml white sugar
92ml brown sugar
3ml baking soda
390ml all-purpose flour
2 eggs
480ml (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
192ml finely chopped (or crushed) walnuts
135ml flaked coconut
3ml cinnamon
1ml nutmeg
1ml salt
1ml vanilla
Mix all of your dry ingredients together in a bowl.
Then mix in the eggs, vanilla and crushed pineapple with all of the juice.
Pour into a well-greased pan 9″ round or 9″X13″ rectangle
Bake for about 35 – 40 minutes at 350 degrees (or until toothpick in the center comes out clean). You can serve it this way if you want…or you can kick it up a notch with a simple creamy whipped cream-cream cheese frosting!
Whipped Cream Cheese Frosting
225gr (8 ounce) package cream cheese (let it come to room temperature for easier blending)
236ml white sugar
1ml salt
1ml vanilla extract
375ml heavy whipping cream
In a small bowl beat whipping cream until stiff peaks form; set aside. In a large bowl combine cream cheese, sugar, salt and vanilla.
Beat until smooth. Gently fold the cream cheese mixture and whipped cream together.
I topped mine with a little toasted coconut.
