flaked OR 1 8 oz pkg coconut flakes 1 20 oz can crushed pineapple in juice :
undrained OR 1 20 oz can pineapple chunks in juice -- undrained 1 cup butter or margarine Grease 9" x 13" pan lightly. Dump entire can of pineapple and juice in pan and spread evenly on bottom. Dump and distribute coconut evenly over pineapple. Dump entire box of cake mix evenly over all. Spread evenly with spatula. Cover entire surface with small pieces of butter. DON'T MIX. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until the top is lightly browned. Cool and cut into squares. Serves 20. Me ke aloha, Mary

Very secret, authentic and traditional fish head curry recipe. very easy to cook with only three main ingredients: fish head, eggplant and potato.
Ingredients
Fish head fry (ভেটকি মাছের মাথা ভাঁজা) Eggplant 1.5 cup (দেড় কাপ বেগুন, টুকরো করে কাটা) Potato 1 cup (আলু ১ কাপ টুকরো করে কাটা) Onion ½ cup finely chopped (পিঁয়াজ কুচি ১/২ কাপ) Bay leaf 1 (তেজপাতা ১ টা) Dry chili 2 (শুকনো মরিচ – ২ টা) Cumin seed ½ ts (আস্ত জিরা ১/২ চা চামচ) Cinnamon ½ inch (দারুচিনি ১/২ ইঞ্চি) White cardamom 3 (সাদা এলাচ ২ টা) Cumin paste 1 ts (জিরা গুড়া ১ চা চামচ) Coriander 1 Tea Spoon (ধনে গুড়া ১ চা চামচ) Turmeric 1 Tea Spoon (হলুদ গুড়া ১ চা চামচ) Chili powder 1 ts (মরিচের গুড়া ১ চা চামচ) Ginger 1 TS (আদা বাটা ১ টেবিল চামাচ) Salt 2 ts (লবণ ১ চা চামচ) Mustard Oil 2 TS (তেল ২ টেবিল চামচ)

KETO CINNAMON & PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES
INGREDIENTS 1 tsp Mrs Rogers Cinnamon Ground ( 1 cup Peanut Butter (no sugar or make your own) 1/2 cup Xylitol 1 Egg
METHOD Step 1 Preheat oven to 175C. Make powdered xylitol by using a bullet machine or blender, by whizzing it for a minute. You are looking for an icing sugar consistency.
Step 2 Mix the peanut butter (if you need to soften it in the microwave, thats fine), powdered xylitol and egg together to form a dough.
Step 3 Make balls of the dough and place on a lined baking tray. Press down with a fork. Cook for 12-15 minutes until the edges start to brown.
