How To make Impossible Turkey Pie
2 c Turkey or chicken;
- cooked;cutup 4 1/2 oz Mushrooms; sliced; drained
1/2 c Green onions; sliced
1/2 ts Salt
1 c Swiss Cheese; shredded
1 1/2 c Milk
3/4 c Bisquick
3 Eggs
Heat oven to 400. Lightly grease a 10" pie plate. Sprinkle turkey, mushrooms, onions, salt, and cheese in pie plate. Beat remaining ingred. until smooth, in blender on high. Pour into pie plate. Bake until golden brown and knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean, 30-35 minutes. Let stand 5 min. before cutting. Refrig. any remaining pie. Makes 6-8 servings. Can Substitute smoked cooked ham for the turkey. HIGH ALT: Bake 35-40 min.

Easy Chicken Pot Pie Recipe
Made from scratch, this classic Chicken Pot Pie has a buttery flakey double crust with a creamy chicken and vegetable filling. It’s the ultimate comfort food that the entire family will love. You can use a rotisserie chicken from the market or leftover chicken in your fridge a refresh with this delicious homemade pot pie. This homemade version is so much better than a storebought pie and quite easy too.

Betty's Impossible Pumpkin Pie for Thanksgiving
Betty demonstrates how to make Impossible Pumpkin Pie. This is a great pie for Thanksgiving and is so easy to make. It makes its own crust!
Impossible Pumpkin Pie
2/3 cup sugar
½ cup Bisquick baking mix
2 tablespoons melted butter
12-ounce can evaporated milk
2 eggs
15-ounce can pumpkin puree
2 ½ teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
cooking oil spray
sweetened whipped cream
mint sprigs
Place all ingredients in a large bowl. Use a mixer on medium to high speed to beat mixture until smooth, about 1 minute. Pour into a pie plate that has been sprayed with cooking oil spray. Bake at 350 degrees (F) about 40 to 45 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the middle comes out clean. Remove from oven and place on a cooling rack to cool. Chill pie before garnishing the top. To serve, cut pie into 8 wedges. Place each wedge on a dessert plate. Put a dollop of sweetened whipped cream and a sprig of mint on each wedge. Serve immediately. Turkey and Ham Pie with a Long Egg | #longegg
I made this pie to demonstrate on of the uses for a Long Egg. It's similar to a Gala Pie which has a pork and egg filling, or a Grosvenor Pie which is filled with veal, ham and egg. The point about using a long egg is that you get the same amount of egg in every slice. Traditionally these pies would use hard-boiled eggs with the ends cut off laid end to end. I used several novel techniques for decoration including embossing on one side and cutting with a knife point on the other, and on the top we have a pastry lattice.
