WENDYS CHILI Brown beef in oil. Break meat into tiny rice size pieces. Place onion soup and half of cooked beef into a blender and process on high speed until it resembles cement mortar. Place with unblended beef into 2-1/2 qt saucepan. Add remaining ingredients and simmer until flavors are blended. Servings: 6

Aloha guys! If you love Wendy's chili like we do and want to learn how to make it at home, we'll then stay tuned cause I'll show you how to make it at home fresh. So my Recipe is a double recipe and you can feed a huge party or split it in half and freeze one half for another night its up to you. This took me many tries but I finally got the BEST recipe that according to my family is definitely a copy cat of Wendy's chili but even better (with cleaner ingredients).
Chili ingredients: 2lbs grass fed ground beef @bent gate farms 2 celery stalks 2 small or 1 large onion @CostcoTV 2 bell pepper @CostcoTV 7 Roma tomato 1 can 29 oz kidney beans 2 cans 15 oz pinto beans 4 tbsp chili powder 3 tsp cumin 1/2 cayenne 4 tbsp garlic 1/2 tsp pepper 1 tsp salt (plus more to taste) 2 tbsp sugar 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar (added at the end) 1 can 28 oz italian crushed tomato @CostcoTV 2 cups beef broth paste @CostcoTV Olive oil from cooking beef 4 tbsp tomato paste
