How To make Walt Disney's Oatmeal Cookies
2 c Flour
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Baking soda
1 ts Baking powder
3/4 ts Cinnamon
1 1/3 c Butter
1 1/4 c Granulated sugar
3/4 c Brown sugar
2 lg Eggs
2 tb Water
1/2 ts Vanilla
2 1/2 c Uncooked oats/not instant
1 1/4 c Raisins
In medium bowl, combine flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon. Set aside. Cream butter in very large bowl. Beat in granulated and brown sugars. Beat in eggs, 1 at a time. Add water and vanilla and mix until well blended, about 4 minutes. Mix oats, raisins and flour mixture into sugar mixture & stir until thoroughly blended. Drop by large tablespoons onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees 9 to 14 minutes, or until light-brown in color. Cool on baking sheet before removing from pan. Makes 4 dozen. Each cookie contains about: 128 calories, 23 mg cholesterol, 6 grams fat, 18 grams carbohydrates, 2 grams protein, 0.12 grams fiber. Source: Los Angeles Times Newspaper -----

Healthier version of Carrot Cake Oatmeal Cookies! ( no egg or flour!)
Hi everyone, today I will be showing you how I make carrot cake oatmeal cookies! They turned out very good and moist & they do taste like carrot cake! I think I will be making these more in the future.
Ingredient list:
1/2 cup mashed banana, about 1 large
1/2 cup natural peanut butter, or nut free
1/4 cup honey
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 1/4 cup quick oats
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon nutmeg (optional)
¼ teaspoon ground cloves (optional)
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup finely grated carrot, about 1 large
Pre heat oven to 350 degrees. Scoop out onto greased baking sheet or parchment paper and pat down. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.

RECIPE
3 Cup Oats
1 1/2 Cup Flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 Cup Butter
1/4 cup white sugar
1 Cup Brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
3 eggs
2 Cups chocolate chips
Mix dry ingredients together
Mix wet ingredients together
Bake at 350 for 8-11 min!
DON'T FOLLOW THE ORDER WE DID IT IN! ADD THE EGGS WITH THE WET INGREDIENTS FIRST. DON'T FORGET TO SET A TIMER.
