How To make Twinkie Cake Recipe
1 Chocolate cake mix
2 Eggs
2 c Milk
1 pk Instant chocolate pudding
Filling: 1 c Milk
5 tb Flour
1 c Sugar
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 c Crisco
1/2 c Butter
1 ts Vanilla
Frosting: * Recipe by: Governor William J. Janklow, South Dakota Mix all ingredients together and bake cake according to package time and temperature. Allow cake to cool, then split in half. Filling: Mix milk and flour together in saucepan. Boil until mixture is thick. Cool. Next beat this mixture with a mixer until fluffy. Add remaining ingredients one at a time beating well after each addition. Spread filling between cake layers. * Frost cake with entire can of Dark Fudge ready to spread frosting. You can add a pinch of baking powder to frosting before spreading. Let cake stand at least 6 hours to develop flavor.JM. Governor William J. Janklow, South Dakota -----

Twinkie Bundt Cake | Delish

INGREDIENTS
FOR THE CAKE
nonstick cooking spray
1 box vanilla cake mix
1 3.4-oz. package vanilla instant pudding
4 large eggs
1 c. water
1/2 c. butter, melted
FOR THE FILLING
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 7.5-oz. jar marshmallow creme
3 c. powdered sugar (plus more for sprinkling)
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
2-4 tbsp. heavy cream
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350° and grease a Bundt pan with cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, instant pudding, eggs, water and butter.
2. Beat with a hand mixer until smooth and well combined. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean, about 45 minutes.
3. Let cake cool in pan for 10 minutes, then invert onto a cooling rack to cool completely. When the cake is cool, carefully place it back in the Bundt pan.
4. Using a teaspoon or melon baller, scoop out 8 to 10 large holes around the bottom of the cake, making sure not to cut through the top of the cake.
5. Make filling: Using a hand mixer, beat butter until light and fluffy, then add marshmallow creme, powdered sugar and vanilla and beat until smooth. Gradually add heavy cream if the mixture is too stiff. Transfer filling to a large piping bag.
6. Pipe filling into the holes on the bottom of the cake, then carefully invert the cake onto a serving platter. Dust powdered sugar on top of the cake.
7. Slice and serve.

Making Twinkies at home without the mystery ingredients! It's surprisingly easy to do.
I used the Mini Minions cake pan to get the shape.
FULL RECIPE:
INGREDENTS -----------------
CAKES
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
½ cup vegetable oil
1 ¼ cup sugar
1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
6 egg yolks
8 egg whites
¾ tsp cream of tartar
½ cup milk
1 tsp lemon zest
Non-stick spray
FILLING
1 cup marshmallow spread
1 cup butter softened
½ cup of powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp hot water
¼ tsp salt
1 tbsp milk
