1 c Diced Onion Divided
1/2 c Diced Carrot
1 lb Raw Ground Turkey
2 tb Flour
Salt & Pepper, 1/2 ts Oregano
1/2 ts Red Pepper
1/2 c Burgendy OR Dry Red Wine
1/4 c Parmesan Divided
1 cn (14 Oz.) Tomatoes,
Undrained & Chopped 16 Cooked Macaroni Shells
Coat A Skillet Cooking Spray. Place Over Medium Heat Until Hot. Add 1/2 C. Onion & Carrot; Saute 5 Min. Add Turkey; Cook 5 Min. OR Until Turkey Is Browned. Drain; Wipe Skillet Dry With Paper Towels. Return Turkey To Skillet. Add Flour, 1/4 t. Salt, 1/4 t. Pepper, Oregano, Dried Red Pepper Flakes, & Red Wine. Stir Well. Cook 4 Min. OR Until Thickened, Stirring Constantly. Add 2 T. Cheese; Stir Well. Place Mixture in A Bowl; Let Cool. Coat Pan With Cooking Spray & Place Over Medium Heat Until Hot. Add Remaining 1/2 C. Onions; Saute 3 Min. Add Tomatoes, 1/4 t. Salt, 1/4 t. Pepper. Cook 7 Min, Stirring Occasionally. Stuff Each Shell With 3 T. Turkey Mixture. Our Half Of Sauce in Bottom Of An 8-Inch Round Baking Dish. Arrange Shells Over Sauce; Spoon Remaining Sauce Over Shells. Cover And Bake At 350 For 30 Min. Sprinkle With Remaining 2 t. Cheese. About 187 Cal. Per 2 Shells & 3/12 T. Sauce. Pasta Shells Stuffed With Ground Turkey
Ingredients:
1 pack of jumbo shells
1.13 oz of traditional prego tomato sauce
1 tablespoon of dry jerk seasoning
2 tablespoons of wet jerk sauce
1 teaspoon of parsley flakes
1 tablespoon of italian seasoning
1 cup of parmesan cheese
1 cup of cracker barrel block cheese (mix together the extra sharp yellow cheddar cheese block and the the extra sharp white cheddar cheese )
1 teaspoon of salt
3 minced garlic
1 medium chopped onion
1 pack of ground turkey or ground beef
Preheat oven for 350 degrees
Total cooking time 1 - 1 1/2 hours

OLD SCHOOL SPINACH AND SAUSAGE STUFFED PASTA SHELLS(A EASY SIMPLE MID WEEK MEAL ????)
This is an easy quick recipe and dish for a mid week dinner idea
1 jar (25-ounce) marinara sauce(save 1/4 of sauce for the top)
8 oz container whole-milk ricotta cheese
8 oz cottage cheese
2 cups cooked sausage(or any meat you like)
2 cups fresh baby spinach
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 large egg, beaten
21 jumbo pasta shells, cooked according to package directions
½ cup grated fresh Parmesan cheese
fresh chopped parsley, for garnish
Directions
Preheat oven to 350˚. Spray a 3-quart baking dish with cooking spray.
In bottom of prepared pan, spread 1½ cups pasta sauce.
In a large bowl, stir together ricotta, sausage, spinach, 1½ cups mozzarella, egg ,ricotta cheese ,cottage cheese until combined. Divide mixture among pasta shells; place in sauce in pan. Pour remaining sauce onto shells cover with cheese mozzarella and parmesan Cover with foil.
Bake for 30 minutes. Uncover and Bake until cheese is browned, about 5 minutes more. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired.
