How To make Tropical Ice's Videos
Tropical ice cream (no ice cream machine) (80)
Ingredients: For the passion fruit: 4-5 passion fruits Sugar
For the mango ice cream: 3 mangos 14 oz condensed milk 2 cups of heavy cream coconut flakes
Preparation: Juice the passion fruit Measure the amount of passion fruit that you have and add the same amount of sugar Bring it to a boil and let it cool down completely. Toast the coconut for 5-10 mns at 200-250 degrees F Dice the mangos into a blender, and puree it Whip the heavy cream and condensed milk together to stiff peaks Fold the mango puree in gently Pour the mixture into a recipient and freeze for at least 4 hrs
To serve I think a waffle bowl would be nice with this. I just couldn't find any at the time
Recipe: 1)Add peach pulp into blender 2)Add marakuya pulp into blender 3)Squeeze half of lime into blender 4)Add 2 tea spoons of honey into blender 5)Blend for 30 seconds, than add ice cubes and continue to blend for 40 seconds 6)Enjoy
