Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups All Purpose Flour
3/4 cup unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1/2 tsp. Salt
250g unsalted Butter, softened
2/3 cup Sugar
2/3 cup Brown Sugar
2 large Eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
150g Dark Chocolate Chips
150g White Chocolate Chips
Prep time: 20 minutes
Cook time: 30 minutes

Black Cocoa Powder Cookies Recipe - THE ULTIMATE TRIPLE CHOCOLATE COOKIES
These triple chocolate cookies are just so gooey, rich and delicious. You deserve them. It's a black cocoa powder cookie recipe but you can use normal cocoa powder if you don't have it. Find measurements and ingredients below.
*** I would always recommend using a digital scale - it's much more precise and prevents inaccuracies which can lead to cookies being less delish***
Ingredients:
165g salted butter, room temperature
125g muscovado brown sugar
125g granulated sugar
1 large egg + 1 egg yolk
235g plain flour, sieved
50g black cocoa powder
8g cornflour sieved
7g baking powder sieved
260g dark and white cooking chocolate, roughly chopped

Ingredients
* 115g Butter (softened)
* 50g granulated sugar
* 120g soft light brown sugar
* 165g plain flour
* 25g cocoa powder
* 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
* 1/4 tsp baking powder
* 1/4 tsp salt
* 2 tsp vanilla essence
* 250g chocolate chips
Method
1. Preheat your oven to 180 °C/ 160 °C Fan/Gas mark 4. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl combine your butter and sugar and cream together until light and smooth. This will take around 3 minutes.
3. Scrape the sides of the bowl. Now add in your egg and whisk until well incorporated. Scrape down the sides again.
4. Sift in your flour, cocoa powder, bicarbonate of soda, baking powder and salt.
5. Fold in the dry ingredients until your left with a smooth homogeneous cookie dough.
6. Add in your vanilla essence and mix it in well.
7. Finally add in your chocolate chips and mix well so they are evenly distributed.
8. Dollop scoopfuls of your mixture onto a lined baking tray making sure to space them apart, at least an inch on each side.
9. Stud your cookie dough with more chocolate chips.
10. Place in the oven for 10 - 12 minutes. Try not to over bake your cookies.
11. Remove from the oven and let them cool on the baking tray for 5 minutes before placing them onto a cooling rack to cool further.

Welcome to my Southern Kitchen, hope all of you are doing well, staying Safe and Healthy!!
Today I am making my favorite Cookie of all time and a Chocolate Lover’s Cookie, Chocolate Chip Cookies! But not your ordinary Chocolate Chip Cookies, we are using 3 types of Chocolate in these Cookies!
These are soft, chewy, and full of Chocolate Goodness! If you’re a Chocoholic, you will fall in love with these Cookies and you’re be in Chocolate Heaven; Also a great Recipe for a beginner Baker and fun to make with your Kids!

Ellen’s Homemade Self Rising Flour Recipe:
Dry Ingredients
3 3/4 cups self rising or all purpose flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt (if using all purpose flour)
Wet Ingredients
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup (1 stick) margarine, softened
3/4 cup white sugar
1 3/4 cups packed light brown sugar
3 extra large or jumbo eggs, room temperature
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 (12 oz) bag semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1 cup dark chocolate chips
3 (1-ounce) squares baking white chocolate, chopped
1 cup pecans or walnuts, chopped (optional)
In a medium bowl, add flour, baking soda, and salt (if using); whisk or sift together until well combined. Set side.
In a large bowl with hand mixer, add the butter, margarine, white sugar, and brown sugar; cream on medium speed until fluffy. Next add in the eggs one at a time, beating after each egg, and vanilla extract; continue mixing until well incorporated. Gradually add the flour mixture a little at a time, mixing until well combined (scrape the bowl occasionally). Add and fold in all the chocolate chips, chopped white chocolate and pecans or walnuts (if using). Cover the cookie dough with plastic wrap or aluminum foil, chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour until firm.
Preheat Oven to 375 Degrees
Using a ice cream scoop or spoon, drop the cookies by 1-2 tablespoonfuls or 1/4 cupfuls (depends on how big or small you want the cookies to be) about 3-inches apart onto a 9x13 inch long cookie sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil or grease the pan with baking spray. Bake for 12-14 minutes or until lightly brown. Remove the cookies from the oven and cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes. Serve with a glass of cold milk and enjoy!
