Easiest Apple Cake Recipe
This apple cake recipe is the easiest recipe out there. All you need is few basic ingredients and 10 minutes of work. Even if you are a beginner baker with no experience you can make this cake. This homemade apple cake is soft, light and very delicious.

Ingredients:
4 Apples, diced
2 Eggs
1/2 cup + 2 Tablespoons (125g) Sugar
100ml Milk
1/4 cup (60ml) Oil
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1 2/3 cups (210g) Flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
Powdered sugar for topping
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F (180C). line a parchment paper on the bottom of a 8-inch (20cm) springform pan and grease the parchment.
2. In a small bowl whisk flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Set aside.
3. Cut the apples into small chunks/cubes and set aside.
4. In a large bowl, place and sugar, whisk until light and fluffy
5. Add milk, oil and vanilla extract. Whisk until combined.
6. Sift in the flour mixture and mix until incorporated.
7. Place chopped apples into prepared pan and pour the batter over the apples. Shake the pan.
8. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
9. Allow to cool for 10 minutes, dust with powdered sugar.
Notes:
• Can be served with vanilla ice cream.
• Optional spiced: cinnamon, nutmeg, ground cloves, ginger powder and more.

Vegan Apple Cake with 7 ingredients

⭐️ This vegan apple cake is soft, moist, and packed with apple pieces. It's an easy, one-bowl recipe made with seven simple ingredients.
You won't believe how soft, moist and easy this cake is. We love it so much that we even made a whole-wheat one and one filled with our mouthwatering vegan custard.
⭐️ Ingredients
1 cup plant milk soy, almond, oats
¾ cup sugar plus 2 tablespoon to sprinkle on top
¼ cup vegetable oil sunflower oil, canola oil, or melted vegan butter
Dry Ingredients
2 cups flour all-purpose, wholewheat, or 50% all-purpose and 50% wholewheat (see notes below for more info)
1 tablespoon baking powder
3 teaspoons cinnamon or 1 tablespoon vanilla extract with wet ingredients
1 pinch salt
3 - 4 medium apples (about 6 ounces or 170 grams per whole apple - 2 apples for the filling and 1 to 2 apples for the top)
Metric:
250 grams plant milk soy, almond, oats
150 grams sugar plus 2 tablespoon to sprinkle on top
50 grams vegetable oil sunflower oil, canola oil, or melted vegan butter
Dry Ingredients
