Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Sugar 2 Cups
-Badam (Almonds) roughly chopped ½ Cup
-Makhan (Butter) 2 tbs
-Cream ½ Cup
-Whipping cream 250ml
Assembling:
-Plain sponge cake
-Caramel sauce
-Caramel cream
Directions:
-In a saucepan,add sugar & cook on very low flame until sugar is caramelize & turns brown and stir sauce pan slightly for 2-3 times in between.
-On a clean silicon mat,add & spread almonds & pour half quantity of caramelized sugar & reserve half for later use.
-Let it cool completely and break into small pieces then crush coarsely with the help of kitchen pounder.Caramel crunch is ready!
-Reheat reserved caramelized sugar on very low flame,add butter & whisk well.
-Turn off the flame,add cream & whisk well.
-Let it cool completely.Caramel sauce is ready!
-In a bowl,add whipping cream & beat well until stiff peaks form.
-Add half quantity of caramel crunch & reserve half for garnishing.
-Add half quantity of prepared caramel sauce (transfer remaining sauce in squeeze bottle for garnishing).
-Mix with until well combined & transfer to a piping bag.Caramel cream is ready!
-In a serving dish,add a layer of plain sponge cake,drizzle caramel sauce,caramel cream,plain sponge cake,caramel sauce,caramel cream and spread evenly.
-Garnish with caramel sauce,caramel crunch & serve chilled.

-Reserved caramel sugar ko bohat halki ancch per garam karein aur makhan dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Chulha bund ker dein aur halkcream dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Thanda ker lein.Caramel sauce tayyar hai.
-Bowl mein whipping cream dal dein aur stiff peaks form hunay tak ache tarhan beat ker lein.
-Caramel crunch ki half quantity dal dein aur half ko garnishing kliya reserve ker lein.
-Tayyar caramel sauce ki half quantity dal dein (baqi caramel sauce ko squeeze bottle mein dal dein).
-Ache tarhan mix karein aur piping bag mein transfer ker lein.Caramel cream tayyar hai.
-Serving dish mein plain sponge cake ki layer laga lein,caramel sauce aur caramel cream dal dein, plain sponge cake,caramel sauce aur caramel cream dal ker evenly pheela lein.
-Caramel sauce aur caramel crunch sa garnish ker lein aur thanda serve karein!

Chocolate Banana Cream Pie

Ingredients
For the crust:
2 cups graham cracker crumbs (10 to 12 crackers)
1/4 cup sugar
6 tablespoons (3/4 stick) unsalted butter, melted
For the chocolate filling:
3/4 cup sugar
5 extra-large egg yolks
1/3 cup cornstarch
1 teaspoon kosher salt
4 cups whole milk, scalded
7 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, diced
1 tablespoon coffee liqueur
1 teaspoon instant coffee powder
For the decoration:
2 large bananas, sliced
1 cup cold heavy cream
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Milk chocolate, for garnish
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
For the crust, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter in a bowl. Press the mixture into an 11-inch false-bottom tart pan, making sure the sides and the bottom of the crust are an even thickness. Bake for 10 minutes and set aside to cool completely.
In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, combine the sugar, egg yolks, cornstarch and salt. With the mixer on low, slowly add the scalded milk until the mixture is combined.
Pour the mixture into a large saucepan and cook over medium-low heat for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon, until the mixture is very thick. Off the heat, add the chocolate, butter, coffee liqueur and coffee powder and stir until the chocolate is melted. Pour the filling into the cooled tart pan and smooth the top. Place plastic wrap directly on top of the chocolate filling and chill for 6 hours.
When ready to serve, remove the plastic wrap from the chocolate and arrange the banana slices in concentric circles on top of the filling.
Place the heavy cream, sugar and vanilla in the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the whisk attachment and beat until the cream forms firm peaks. Spoon the whipped cream on top of the bananas and gently spread the cream with a spatula to cover the pie, leaving a border of bananas visible at the outside edge. For a garnish, shave curls of milk chocolate on top of the whipped cream.
Remove the pie from the pan, place it on a cake plate and serve.

Easy banoffee oreo ice-cream pies
This delicious twist on banoffee pie will literally melt in your mouth (RECIPE BELOW). An easy homemade Oreo biscuit base is filled with gooey caramel and topped with fresh banana and ice-cream. The finishing touch of sweet and salty crunchy pretzel praline makes this dessert totally and utterly irresistible.

BANOFFEE ICE-CREAM PIE
Makes 6 Serves 12 Prep 20 mins (+ 30 mins chilling & 15 mins
freezing time) Cooking 5 mins
2 x 137g pkts Oreo biscuits, chopped
100g butter, melted
2 x 380g Nestlé Top ’n’ Fill Caramel
2 bananas, thinly sliced
12 small scoops Coles Peanut Butter Ice Cream
12 small scoops Coles Salted Caramel Ice Cream
Pretzel praline
20g pretzels
¼ cup (35g) salted toasted peanuts
½ cup (110g) caster sugar
1. Place the biscuits in a food processor and process until finely crushed. Add the butter and process until combined. Press evenly over the base and sides of six 8cm (base measurement) round fluted tart tins, with removable bases. Place in the fridge for 30 mins or until firm.
2. Meanwhile, to make the pretzel praline, line a baking tray with baking paper. Arrange the pretzels and peanuts over the lined tray. Place the sugar in a medium frying pan over medium heat. Cook, stirring, for 5 mins or until sugar dissolves and caramelises.
3. Carefully pour over pretzels and peanuts. Set aside for 30 mins to set. Coarsely chop.
4. Spoon the caramel into the pie cases. Arrange the banana over the caramel. Place in the freezer for 15 mins to chill.
5. Top the pies with the peanut butter ice-cream and salted caramel ice-cream. Sprinkle with pretzel praline and serve immediately.
