THE TRAP'S UNBEATEN FULL WELSH BREAKFAST | BeardMeatsFood
Sure I've done plenty of full English breakfast challenges over the years, but have you ever seen a full Welsh breakfast? No? Well, they're pretty much the same thing, but it puts an interesting slant on the title of this episode...
£20 to order, but if you can sink ten sausages, ten rashers of bacon, six slices of toast, four slices of fried bread, eight eggs, eight hash browns, eight slices of black pudding, four slices of white pudding, tomatoes and a bowl of baked beans, the whole thing is your's FREE OF CHARGE...not to mention the spot on the so far unoccupied wall of fame. Time to go to work!

ANSWERS TO COMMON QUESTIONS & ADDITIONAL INFO:
Q: How come you don’t get fat?
A: I eat like this for 1 hour of a 168 hour long week. In simple terms, I eat at caloric maintenance over the course of time, meaning I don’t gain weight. If you're interested in learning more, see the ‘But How Come You're Not Fat' and 'It Was Just A Normal Day...' videos available on my channel.
Q: Don’t you worry about your health?
A: Not in particular. I’m active. I eat nutrient dense foods five days a week. And, I get quarterly bloods done, amongst other health checks.

Broken Fridge Corned Beef HASH....
Well it's finally happened hasn't it. My loyal fridge freezer has finally gone to fridge heaven, and ruined all the food in it on it's way out, and left behind what is essentially an expensive kitchen cabinet. So whilst I wait for my new one, I'm having to live off food that doesn't need to be refrigerated or frozen. I needed to use up a bunch of veg before they spoiled, so I rustled up this spicy corned beef hash. Corned beef is a really versatile ingredient, and at the moment at least it's still fairly cheap. You can always swap out some of the ingredients, but I've listed what I used below should you want to make this exact version.
#cornedbeefhash #cornedbeef #costofliving
To make my broken fridge corned beef hash you will need:
Feeds 2 hungry adults

► 1 large brown onion
► 4 medium sized potatoes
► 2 tsp of garlic powder
► 1 tsp of dried sage
► 1 tbsp of Worcester sauce
► Salt & pepper
► A little oil for cooking
Serve with a couple of fried eggs and dive in!

✅ Air Fryer French Toast Sticks (serves 6)
12 thick slices white bread (Texas Toast)
1 1/2 cups whole milk or half and half
4 tbsp butter
3 large egg yolks
3-4 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Cut your bread into thirds
Place sticks in a single layer in the air fryer at 350°F/177°C for 2 minutes. This will dry your bread out just enough so that you won’t have soggy bread sticks.
While your bread is in the air fryer, make your french toast mixture; pour milk and butter into a microwave safe bowl. Place in the microwave for 1-2 minutes until the butter is melted and the milk is nice and warm, you don’t want it too hot
Add 3 egg yolks and mix together with an immersion blender, fork, or whisk. Because I used my immersion blender, I put my mixture in a 4-cup measuring cup to safely mix
Mix in vanilla, cinnamon, and brown sugar
Pour mixture into a shallow glass dish
Grab your bread sticks, place into batter and flip around
Place in a single layer into air fryer
Sprinkle more cinnamon and sugar if desired
Cook at 350°F/177°C for 8 minutes, flipping the sticks halfway through.

✅ Air Fryer Monkey Bread
BREAD
12 Rhodes White Dinner Rolls (or any pre-made frozen dough), thawed to room temperature
½ cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ stick of butter, melted
GLAZE: combine ½ cup powdered sugar, ½ tsp vanilla & 1 Tbsp milk
Cut thawed rolls in half, dip into melted butter, transfer to sugar/cinnamon mixture and coat, then place in deep oven safe pan.
Let rolls rise, uncovered, in a pre-heated air fryer (that is powered off) for 20-30 minutes.
Carefully cover with foil, then bake at 340˚F/170°C for 10-20 minutes. You will know bread is cooked when an instant read thermometer reads about 180˚F/82°C.
Remove foil and bake for 2-3 more minutes to lightly brown the top. Carefully remove pan, let cool for just a minute, then invert a plate and turn the pan over onto plate. Drizzle glaze over the top and enjoy!
TIP: to quickly thaw, warm oven to 200˚F/93°C, then turn off. Put rolls on a plate with plastic wrap over the top and allow rolls to thaw in oven, for 30 min.

Texas Cooking Today is about good food.
More links below, thank you.
My focus is to teach good cooking techniques as I provide excellent recipes that are adaptable, flexible, nutritious and delicious.
Most of the recipe videos I produce are shown in two separate formats.
First is a regular YouTube cooking show, fun to watch but missing in the deeper information of its counterpart.
Second is a full on cooking tutorial with every bit of detail the recipe requires with a little extra added. It's like having a chef in your kitchen right next to you.
Texas Cooking Today is a project of S.A.Trotter Arts LLC
I have another channel, it is called Chef Trotters Tips.
With all kinds of stuff like the ingredients on those labels you cannot read, what is that stuff and what does it do.
