How To make Slightly Potted Cocktail Franks
1/2 lb Cocktail frankfurters; cut
-in half
SAUCE:
1/4 c Bourbon
1/2 c Chili sauce
1/4 c Dark brown sugar
2 ts Dijon mustard
2 tb Tomato preserves
Combine sauce ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer 5 minutes. Add the frankfurters, cover and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Transfer to a chafing dish and have toothpicks nearby. Makes 36 little franks. Source: Just For Starters by Gloria Edwinn.

INGREDIENTS
• 1/2 cup ketchup
• 1/3 cup orange juice
• 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
• 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
• 14 ounce package cocktail franks, drained
DIRECTIONS
1. In a bowl, combine ketchup, orange juice, mustard and sugar. Set aside.
2. Arrange cocktail franks in a single layer into RangeMate Long Grill Pan. Place lid on and cook 4 minutes.
3. Turn cocktail franks over, replace lid and cook 2 minutes.
4. Add sauce, replace lid and cook an additional 4½–5½ minutes. After 4½ minutes cook in 30 second increments until you find your perfect time.
